What we store and why

Account: your name, email address and a hashed password (or your Google account ID if you sign in with Google). Needed to provide your account.
Practice data: the problems you generate, your answers' outcome, hints used, and your plan status. Needed to provide the service.
Reports you send about problems, with the problem attached. Used to fix errors.
Payments: handled by Stripe. We store your Stripe customer reference and plan status, never your card or bank details.
Technical: a session cookie that keeps you signed in, and your theme choice stored in your browser. We use no tracking or advertising cookies.

Who we share it with

Stripe (payments), [EMAIL PROVIDER] (sending account emails), [HOSTING PROVIDER] (servers in [REGION]), and Google if you choose Google sign-in. We do not sell your data.

How long we keep it

Until you delete your account. Purchase records are kept for 7 years because Dutch tax law requires it, without being linked to a deleted account.
