Terms of use

Last updated: [DATE]

Template. Replace everything in [brackets] and have it checked before you take real payments.

Who we are

ExamProblems is run by [YOUR NAME or COMPANY], [ADDRESS], registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number [KVK NUMBER]. Contact: [EMAIL].

Your account

You need an account to use ExamProblems. Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, for example by automating requests.

Free use and plans

With a confirmed account you can practise [3] problems a day for free. Hints and explanations are always free. A paid plan (monthly, per semester or yearly) gives unlimited problems, subject to a fair-use limit of [300] problems a day to prevent automated use and account sharing. Accounts are personal.

Payments, renewal and cancellation

Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown in euros including VAT. Plans renew automatically at the end of each period at the price you signed up for, until you cancel. You can cancel at any time under Plans & billing → Manage subscription; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. We will tell you in advance if the price of your plan changes.

Right of withdrawal

Access starts immediately after payment. By subscribing you ask us to start straight away and you acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal for the current period once you start using the plan. If something goes wrong with a payment, contact us at [EMAIL].

Content

Problems, hints and solutions are generated automatically for practice. We work to keep them correct, but we do not guarantee that every value or explanation is free of errors. Use the Report issue button if something looks wrong.

Liability

ExamProblems is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.

Changes and law

We may update these terms and will notify you of important changes. Dutch law applies.
