1Formeln und Methoden

Leseverständnis (Aufnahmeprüfungen)

Methode

  1. Lies zuerst die Frage, damit du weißt, wonach du suchst.

  2. Streiche Einschübe (of the …, along with …) und zusätzliche Personen (you and …) weg, um Kongruenz und Pronomenfall zu prüfen.

3Lösungen

1.Leseverständnis (Aufnahmeprüfungen)

Antwort: B · Easier access may have improved hand hygiene.

Warum das die Antwort ist

Placing sanitiser close by led to more frequent use, and infections fell. It is reasonable to say easier access may have helped, but not that it is the only way.

Antwort

B · Easier access may have improved hand hygiene.
2.Leseverständnis (Aufnahmeprüfungen)

Antwort: A · Here, more sleep was mostly linked to higher scores.

Warum das die Antwort ist

Scores mostly rise with sleep, but Dev slept most and scored slightly lower than Cara. So the link is general, not perfect, and four students cannot prove a rule.

Antwort

A · Here, more sleep was mostly linked to higher scores.
3.Englische Grammatik & Sprachgebrauch (Aufnahmeprüfungen)

Antwort: C · principal

Warum das die Antwort ist

“Principal” is the head of a school (or “main”). A “principle” is a rule or belief.

Antwort

C · principal
4.Englische Grammatik & Sprachgebrauch (Aufnahmeprüfungen)

Antwort: A · If she had taken the medication, she would feel better now.

Warum das die Antwort ist

A mixed conditional uses the past perfect for the unreal past condition (had taken) and “would” + base verb for the present result (would feel). “Would have” does not belong in the if-clause.

Antwort

A · If she had taken the medication, she would feel better now.
5.Gesundheitswortschatz (Aufnahmeprüfungen)

Warum das die Antwort ist

To anticipate is to expect something and prepare for it in advance.

Antwort: D · Given to prevent disease

Warum das die Antwort ist

Prophylactic means preventive; prophylactic antibiotics lower the risk of infection after surgery.

Antwort

D · Given to prevent disease
