1Formeln und Methoden

Leseverständnis (Aufnahmeprüfungen)

Methode

  1. Lies zuerst die Frage, damit du weißt, wonach du suchst.

  2. Streiche Einschübe (of the …, along with …) und zusätzliche Personen (you and …) weg, um Kongruenz und Pronomenfall zu prüfen.

Antwort: D · People helping one another in hard times

Warum das die Antwort ist

Clearing trees, sharing food and checking on others are all acts of help, so the theme is community support after a disaster.

Antwort

D · People helping one another in hard times
2.Leseverständnis (Aufnahmeprüfungen)

Antwort: D · The result may not represent all patients.

Warum das die Antwort ist

With only 10% responding, those who replied may differ from those who did not, so 80% satisfaction may not represent all patients. It does not prove most were unhappy.

Antwort

D · The result may not represent all patients.
3.Englische Grammatik & Sprachgebrauch (Aufnahmeprüfungen)

Warum das die Antwort ist

“Few” is a plural indefinite pronoun, like many, several and both, so it takes a plural verb.

D · have
4.Englische Grammatik & Sprachgebrauch (Aufnahmeprüfungen)

Antwort: B · The new clinic has six exam rooms.

Warum das die Antwort ist

A turns “is new” into the adjective “new”, giving one clear sentence. B is a comma splice, C misplaces the comma and D adds an unneeded pronoun.

Antwort

B · The new clinic has six exam rooms.
