1Formeln und Methoden

Leseverständnis (Aufnahmeprüfungen)

Methode

  1. Lies zuerst die Frage, damit du weißt, wonach du suchst.

  2. Streiche Einschübe (of the …, along with …) und zusätzliche Personen (you and …) weg, um Kongruenz und Pronomenfall zu prüfen.

3Lösungen

1.Leseverständnis (Aufnahmeprüfungen)

Antwort: B · Organised

Calmly leading the class, counting the children and reporting shows the teacher acted in an organised way.

Antwort

B · Organised
2.Leseverständnis (Aufnahmeprüfungen)

Antwort: B · Studies showing new roads often fill with more traffic

Warum das die Antwort ist

Evidence that new roads tend to attract more traffic directly supports the writer’s claim that any time saved would not last. A forest that few people visit would, if anything, weaken the case.

Antwort

B · Studies showing new roads often fill with more traffic
3.Englische Grammatik & Sprachgebrauch (Aufnahmeprüfungen)

Antwort: C · a

Warum das die Antwort ist

“University” begins with a “yoo” (consonant) sound, so it takes “a”, even though it starts with the letter u.

Antwort

C · a
4.Englische Grammatik & Sprachgebrauch (Aufnahmeprüfungen)

Antwort: C · Maria and Juan’s car

Warum das die Antwort ist

When two people share ownership, only the last name takes the possessive: Maria and Juan’s car.

Antwort

C · Maria and Juan’s car
5.Gesundheitswortschatz (Aufnahmeprüfungen)

Antwort: B · Farther from the point of attachment to the trunk

Warum das die Antwort ist

Distal means farther from the trunk or point of origin; the wrist is distal to the elbow.

Antwort

B · Farther from the point of attachment to the trunk
6.Gesundheitswortschatz (Aufnahmeprüfungen)

Antwort: B · Manner of walking

Warum das die Antwort ist

Gait is the way a person walks, and an unsteady gait increases the risk of falls.

Antwort

B · Manner of walking
