1Rumus dan metode

Prioritas & delegasi

Metode

Pengendalian infeksi & keselamatan pasien

Metode

  2. Tambahkan kewaspadaan menurut jalur: kontak (gaun, sarung tangan), droplet (masker bedah), udara (N95, ruang bertekanan negatif).
  3. Jaga barang steril tetap steril: bila ragu, anggap tidak steril; ganti, jangan pernah dilap.

Medikal-bedah: kardiovaskular & respirasi

Metode

  1. Namai masalahnya: kegagalan pompa, arteri tersumbat, irama, bekuan, penyempitan jalan napas, infeksi, atau masalah alat.
  2. Periksa tanda bahaya lebih dulu: hipoksia, hipotensi, nyeri dada, kebingungan baru, anggota gerak yang dingin tanpa denyut.

Medikal-bedah: saraf, endokrin & ginjal

Metode

Medikal-bedah: saluran cerna, perioperatif & onkologi

Metode

1.Prioritas & delegasi

Jawaban: C · Cover the wound with sterile dressings moistened with saline

Mengapa ini jawabannya

Evisceration is a surgical emergency. The nurse covers the organs with sterile saline-moistened dressings, stays with the patient, positions them to reduce strain and calls the surgeon at once.

Jawaban

C · Cover the wound with sterile dressings moistened with saline
2.Prioritas & delegasi

Jawaban: B · Disseminated intravascular coagulation (DIC)

Mengapa ini jawabannya

In DIC, widespread clotting uses up platelets and clotting factors, causing bleeding from many sites. It is a serious complication of sepsis that needs urgent escalation.

Jawaban

B · Disseminated intravascular coagulation (DIC)
3.Pengendalian infeksi & keselamatan pasien

Jawaban: C · Whether the patient has any metal implants or devices, such as a pacemaker

Mengapa ini jawabannya

The MRI magnet can move or heat metal objects and can stop some implanted devices from working. Patients are screened for implants, pacemakers, metal fragments and metal items such as jewelry before entering the scanner room.

Jawaban

C · Whether the patient has any metal implants or devices, such as a pacemaker
4.Pengendalian infeksi & keselamatan pasien

Jawaban: C · An allergic reaction or a parasitic infection

Mengapa ini jawabannya

Eosinophils rise in allergic conditions such as asthma and drug reactions and in parasitic infections. Acute bacterial infection mainly raises neutrophils, and viral infection often raises lymphocytes.

Jawaban

C · An allergic reaction or a parasitic infection
5.Nilai laboratorium & elektrolit

Jawaban: C · Kerusakan ginjal (nefrotoksisitas)

Jawaban

C · Kerusakan ginjal (nefrotoksisitas)
6.Nilai laboratorium & elektrolit

Jawaban: A · "I'll take aspirin if I get a headache"

Mengapa ini jawabannya

Aspirin irreversibly inhibits platelet function and raises the bleeding risk further in thrombocytopenia, so it and other NSAIDs are avoided unless prescribed. An electric razor, gentle nose blowing and a soft toothbrush reduce minor bleeding.Diperiksa dengan: Bleeding and Bruising (Thrombocytopenia) and Cancer Treatment · National Cancer Institute (NIH) (2022); Aspirin · MedlinePlus (NIH) (2025)

Jawaban

A · "I'll take aspirin if I get a headache"
7.Keperawatan klinis

Jawaban: C · Non-rebreathe mask with reservoir bag at 15 L/min

Mengapa ini jawabannya

A non-rebreathe mask with a filled reservoir at 15 L/min delivers a high oxygen concentration and is used first in critical illness. The dose is then titrated down to the target saturation.

Jawaban

C · Non-rebreathe mask with reservoir bag at 15 L/min
8.Keperawatan klinis

Jawaban: D · "I'll drink as little as possible so I don't leak."

Mengapa ini jawabannya

Restricting fluids concentrates urine, irritates the bladder and risks dehydration and infection. Pelvic floor exercises, weight loss and reducing caffeine are recommended measures.

Jawaban

D · "I'll drink as little as possible so I don't leak."
9.Medikal-bedah: kardiovaskular & respirasi

Jawaban: A · Sitting upright and leaning forward over a table

Mengapa ini jawabannya

Sitting upright and leaning forward on a bedside table widens the intercostal spaces at the back and lets the fluid settle at the base. If the patient cannot sit, lying on the unaffected side may be used.

Jawaban

A · Sitting upright and leaning forward over a table
10.Medikal-bedah: kardiovaskular & respirasi

Jawaban: D · The tube has entered the right main bronchus

Mengapa ini jawabannya

The right main bronchus is more in line with the trachea, so a tube pushed too far usually enters it and only the right lung is ventilated. The tube is withdrawn slightly by the team and position is rechecked. Oesophageal intubation gives no breath sounds and gastric gurgling.

Jawaban

D · The tube has entered the right main bronchus
11.Medikal-bedah: saraf, endokrin & ginjal

Jawaban: A · Inform the doctor and arrange an urgent repeat sample

Mengapa ini jawabannya

Haemolysis releases potassium from red cells and can falsely raise the result. A repeat sample is taken urgently, and an ECG may be done. If the ECG shows hyperkalaemic changes, treatment should not wait.

Jawaban

A · Inform the doctor and arrange an urgent repeat sample
12.Medikal-bedah: saraf, endokrin & ginjal

Jawaban: D · That the catheter is not blocked or kinked

Mengapa ini jawabannya

A sudden drop in output after transplant may be caused by a blocked catheter, often from clots. The nurse checks the tubing and may flush the catheter per protocol, and then escalates urgently, because vascular thrombosis or rejection are also possible.

Jawaban

D · That the catheter is not blocked or kinked
13.Medikal-bedah: saluran cerna, perioperatif & onkologi

Jawaban: D · Opioids can be used, and good analgesia is a priority

Mengapa ini jawabannya

Acute pancreatitis is very painful, and opioids are used as part of multimodal analgesia. There is no good evidence that they worsen the condition. Sedation and breathing are monitored.

Jawaban

D · Opioids can be used, and good analgesia is a priority
14.Medikal-bedah: saluran cerna, perioperatif & onkologi

Jawaban: C · Radiation oesophagitis; analgesia, soft food and nutrition support

Mengapa ini jawabannya

Radiotherapy to the chest can inflame the oesophagus, causing painful swallowing. Analgesia (sometimes before meals), soft moist food, nutritional supplements, dietitian input and monitoring weight are important.

Jawaban

C · Radiation oesophagitis; analgesia, soft food and nutrition support
