Cari subjek dan predikat kalimat sebelum memilih bentuknya.
Hilangkan frasa (of the …, along with …) dan orang tambahan (you and …) untuk menguji kesesuaian dan bentuk kata ganti.
Periksa setiap klausa: apakah dapat berdiri sendiri? Gabungkan klausa bebas dengan koma + konjungsi atau titik koma.
Periksa pewatas dan daftar: frasa penjelas di samping katanya, butir-butirnya dalam bentuk yang sama.
