Controllo delle infezioni e sicurezza del paziente

Metodo

  2. Aggiungi precauzioni in base alla via: contatto (camice, guanti), goccioline (mascherina chirurgica), via aerea (N95, stanza a pressione negativa).
  4. Previeni i danni nell’ambiente: misure anticaduta, contenzione solo come ultima risorsa, RACE e PASS per l’incendio.

3Soluzioni

1.Controllo delle infezioni e sicurezza del paziente

Risposta: C · It is checked for electrical safety according to hospital policy before use

Perché è questa la risposta

Electrical items from home can be faulty and cause shocks or fires. Policies usually require them to be inspected before use, and extension cords near patients are avoided.

Risposta

C · It is checked for electrical safety according to hospital policy before use
2.Controllo delle infezioni e sicurezza del paziente

Risposta: C · Keep a safe distance and a clear exit, speak calmly and call security if needed

Perché è questa la risposta

In a potentially violent situation, the nurse keeps a safe distance and a clear path to the door, uses calm, simple words and gets help early. Touching or arguing with an agitated person can make things worse.

Risposta

C · Keep a safe distance and a clear exit, speak calmly and call security if needed
3.Fondamenti di infermieristica

Risposta: C · That they know how and when to take them and what to report

Perché è questa la risposta

Safe discharge needs the patient or carer to understand dose, timing, purpose and important side effects. Teach-back and written information help confirm this.

Risposta

C · That they know how and when to take them and what to report
4.Fondamenti di infermieristica

Risposta: A · Decline it, to keep a professional boundary

Nursing codes advise keeping clear professional boundaries, and social media contact with patients can blur them. The nurse politely declines and does not share patient information online.

Risposta

A · Decline it, to keep a professional boundary
5.Microbiologia
