Infekcijų kontrolė ir pacientų sauga

Metodas

  1. Pradėkite nuo standartinių atsargumo priemonių kiekvienam pacientui: rankų higiena, asmeninės apsaugos priemonės numatomai ekspozicijai, saugūs aštrūs daiktai.
  2. Pridėkite atsargumo priemones pagal plitimo kelią: kontaktinė (chalatas, pirštinės), lašelinė (chirurginė kaukė), oro (N95, neigiamo slėgio kambarys).
  3. Steriliems daiktams išlaikykite sterilumą: jei abejojate, jis nesterilus; pakeiskite, niekada nenuvalykite.

2Uždaviniai

1.Infekcijų kontrolė ir pacientų saugaVidutinis

A patient has orthostatic hypotension. Which teaching helps to prevent falls?

  1. AAvoid drinking fluids in the morning to reduce trips to the toilet
  2. BGet out of bed quickly so the dizziness passes sooner
  3. CStand up straight after a hot shower to increase blood flow
  4. DSit on the edge of the bed for a short time before standing up slowly
2.Infekcijų kontrolė ir pacientų saugaSunkus

A patient receiving chemotherapy has an absolute neutrophil count of 400/mm3 (0,4 × 109/L) and a new temperature of 38,3 °C (100,9 °F). What should the nurse do?

  1. ARecheck the temperature in four hours before calling anyone about it
  2. BEncourage oral fluids and record the result in the chart
  3. CReport it at once, because fever with severe neutropenia is an emergency
  4. DGive an antipyretic and reassess at the next routine round
3.Slaugos pagrindaiVidutinis

Why should a patient wash and dry their hands before a fingerprick glucose test?

  1. AClean hands make the finger bleed more slowly
  2. BWet hands give a falsely high reading
  3. CIt is only needed if the hands look dirty
  4. DSugar on the skin can give a falsely high reading
4.Slaugos pagrindaiSunkus

A urine culture reports a mixed growth of several organisms. What is the most likely explanation?

  1. AThe patient is resistant to all antibiotics
  2. BThe sample was contaminated during collection
  3. CThe patient has several serious infections at once
  4. DThe laboratory used the wrong test
5.MikrobiologijaVidutinis

Kuriai virusų šeimai priklauso lūpų pūslelinę ir vėjaraupius sukeliantys virusai?

  1. AHerpesvirusams
  2. BRetrovirusams
  3. CPikornavirusams
  4. DKoronavirusams
6.MikrobiologijaSunkus

Keliautojas grįžta iš Afrikos į pietus nuo Sacharos ir karščiuoja. Įtariama maliarija. Kuri rūšis labiausiai tikėtina sukelti sunkią ir smegenų maliariją?

  1. APlasmodium ovale
  2. BPlasmodium vivax
  3. CPlasmodium falciparum
  4. DPlasmodium malariae

3Tirpalai

1.Infekcijų kontrolė ir pacientų sauga

Atsakymas: D · Sit on the edge of the bed for a short time before standing up slowly

Kodėl tai yra atsakymas

Changing position slowly, dangling the legs first and getting up with help give the circulation time to adjust. Rapid standing, heat and dehydration make orthostatic hypotension worse.

Atsakymas

D · Sit on the edge of the bed for a short time before standing up slowly
2.Infekcijų kontrolė ir pacientų sauga

Atsakymas: C · Report it at once, because fever with severe neutropenia is an emergency

Kodėl tai yra atsakymas

Febrile neutropenia can progress to sepsis quickly. The nurse reports it immediately so cultures can be taken and antibiotics started without delay.

Atsakymas

C · Report it at once, because fever with severe neutropenia is an emergency
3.Slaugos pagrindai

Atsakymas: D · Sugar on the skin can give a falsely high reading

Kodėl tai yra atsakymas

Traces of food or drink on the finger can raise the reading. Washing with water and drying fully gives an accurate result; alcohol wipes can also affect some meters.

Atsakymas

D · Sugar on the skin can give a falsely high reading
4.Slaugos pagrindai

Atsakymas: B · The sample was contaminated during collection

Kodėl tai yra atsakymas

A mixed growth usually means skin or perineal bacteria contaminated the sample. A clean-catch midstream sample, or a sample from the catheter sampling port, gives a more reliable result.

Atsakymas

B · The sample was contaminated during collection
5.Mikrobiologija

Atsakymas: A · Herpesvirusams

Kodėl tai yra atsakymas

Paprastoji pūslelinė (lūpų pūslelinė) ir vėjaraupių-juostinės pūslelinės virusas (vėjaraupiai, juostinė pūslelinė) yra herpesvirusai, kurie lieka latentiški jutiminiuose ganglijuose ir gali vėl suaktyvėti.

Atsakymas

A · Herpesvirusams
6.Mikrobiologija

Atsakymas: C · Plasmodium falciparum

Atsakymas

C · Plasmodium falciparum
