Infekcijų kontrolė ir pacientų sauga

Metodas

  1. Pradėkite nuo standartinių atsargumo priemonių kiekvienam pacientui: rankų higiena, asmeninės apsaugos priemonės numatomai ekspozicijai, saugūs aštrūs daiktai.
  2. Pridėkite atsargumo priemones pagal plitimo kelią: kontaktinė (chalatas, pirštinės), lašelinė (chirurginė kaukė), oro (N95, neigiamo slėgio kambarys).
  3. Steriliems daiktams išlaikykite sterilumą: jei abejojate, jis nesterilus; pakeiskite, niekada nenuvalykite.

During routine handwashing with soap and water (medical asepsis), how are the hands held?

  1. ALevel with the shoulders, away from the sink
  2. BTouching the inside of the sink for support
  3. CLower than the elbows, so water runs off the fingertips
  4. DHigher than the elbows, so water runs down the arms
2.Infekcijų kontrolė ir pacientų saugaSunkus

An 80-year-old patient took a sleeping tablet an hour ago and now wants to go to the bathroom. What should the nurse do?

  1. ATell the patient to wait until the morning
  2. BTell the patient to go alone and use the call light if needed
  3. CWalk with the patient to the bathroom and stay close by
  4. DRaise all four side rails so the patient stays in bed
3.Slaugos pagrindaiVidutinis

Which approach suits teaching an older adult with poor eyesight and mild memory problems?

  1. AOne long session with all the information at once
  2. BA detailed leaflet in small print for them to read later at home
  3. CShort sessions, large-print materials and repeating key points
  4. DTeaching only the family and not the patient
4.Slaugos pagrindaiSunkus

A dehydrated patient is receiving IV fluids. Which finding best shows the treatment is working?

  1. AThe patient feels more thirsty than before the fluids started
  2. BThe urine becomes darker and more concentrated
  3. CThe heart rate rises and the skin becomes cooler
  4. DUrine output rises and the heart rate falls towards normal
5.MikrobiologijaVidutinis

Kokį imunitetą suteikia motinos piene esantys antikūnai?

  1. ANatūralųjį aktyvųjį imunitetą
  2. BDirbtinį pasyvųjį imunitetą
  3. CDirbtinį aktyvųjį imunitetą
  4. DNatūralųjį pasyvųjį imunitetą
6.MikrobiologijaSunkus

Koks bakterijų toksinas sukelia stabligės raumenų spazmus?

  1. AIšorinės membranos endotoksinas
  2. BBotulino toksinas, blokuojantis acetilcholino išsiskyrimą nervo ir raumens sinapsėje
  3. CCholeros toksinas, aktyvinantis adenilatciklazę
  4. DTetanospazminas, blokuojantis slopinamųjų neuromediatorių išsiskyrimą

3Tirpalai

1.Infekcijų kontrolė ir pacientų sauga

Atsakymas: C · Lower than the elbows, so water runs off the fingertips

Kodėl tai yra atsakymas

For routine handwashing, hands are held lower than the elbows so dirty water flows off the fingertips into the sink, not up the arms. For a surgical scrub, the opposite applies.

Atsakymas

C · Lower than the elbows, so water runs off the fingertips
2.Infekcijų kontrolė ir pacientų sauga

Atsakymas: C · Walk with the patient to the bathroom and stay close by

Kodėl tai yra atsakymas

Hypnotics cause drowsiness and unsteadiness, especially in older adults, and many falls happen on the way to the toilet at night. The nurse assists the patient rather than restricting them or leaving them alone.

Atsakymas

C · Walk with the patient to the bathroom and stay close by
3.Slaugos pagrindai

Atsakymas: C · Short sessions, large-print materials and repeating key points

Kodėl tai yra atsakymas

Older learners benefit from short, focused sessions, clear large print, good lighting, repetition and teach-back. Involving family can help but should not replace teaching the patient.

Atsakymas

C · Short sessions, large-print materials and repeating key points
4.Slaugos pagrindai

Atsakymas: D · Urine output rises and the heart rate falls towards normal

Kodėl tai yra atsakymas

With effective fluid replacement, perfusion improves: urine output increases, the heart rate settles and the blood pressure stabilises. Watching for fluid overload is also important.

Atsakymas

D · Urine output rises and the heart rate falls towards normal
5.Mikrobiologija

Atsakymas: D · Natūralųjį pasyvųjį imunitetą

Kodėl tai yra atsakymas

Su motinos pienu perduodami antikūnai (daugiausia IgA) suteikia natūraliai įgytą pasyvųjį imunitetą. Jis trumpalaikis, nes atminties ląstelės nesusidaro.

Atsakymas

D · Natūralųjį pasyvųjį imunitetą
6.Mikrobiologija

Atsakymas

D · Tetanospazminas, blokuojantis slopinamųjų neuromediatorių išsiskyrimą
