Infekcijų kontrolė ir pacientų sauga

Metodas

  1. Pradėkite nuo standartinių atsargumo priemonių kiekvienam pacientui: rankų higiena, asmeninės apsaugos priemonės numatomai ekspozicijai, saugūs aštrūs daiktai.
  2. Pridėkite atsargumo priemones pagal plitimo kelią: kontaktinė (chalatas, pirštinės), lašelinė (chirurginė kaukė), oro (N95, neigiamo slėgio kambarys).
  3. Steriliems daiktams išlaikykite sterilumą: jei abejojate, jis nesterilus; pakeiskite, niekada nenuvalykite.

2Uždaviniai

1.Infekcijų kontrolė ir pacientų saugaVidutinis

A patient on nasal cannula oxygen has dry lips. Which product should the nurse offer?

  1. AAn oil-based lip balm
  2. BA water-based lip lubricant
  3. CPetroleum jelly
  4. DA scented petroleum ointment
2.Infekcijų kontrolė ir pacientų saugaSunkus

A nurse has a needlestick from a patient known to have hepatitis C. Which statement about management is correct?

  1. ANo follow-up is needed because hepatitis C does not spread by needles
  2. BHepatitis C immune globulin is given within 24 hours, followed by a booster dose
  3. CThe hepatitis C vaccine series is started at once, with a booster dose six months later
  4. DThere is no preventive drug, so baseline and follow-up testing are done to detect infection early
3.Slaugos pagrindaiVidutinis

In adult basic life support, how long should the rescuer take to check for normal breathing?

  1. AAt least one minute
  2. BNo more than 10 seconds
  3. CAbout 30 seconds
  4. DAs long as it takes to be certain
4.Slaugos pagrindaiSunkus

A colleague suggests giving a patient who "asks for pain relief too often" a saline injection to check whether the pain is real. What is correct?

  1. AIt is a good way to test whether the patient's pain is real
  2. BIt is acceptable if the doctor agrees
  3. CIt is acceptable, provided the patient is not told about it
  4. DIt is deceptive; the pain should be assessed and treated
5.MikrobiologijaVidutinis

Kurioje bakterijų augimo kreivės fazėje ląstelės dalijasi didžiausiu pastoviu greičiu?

  1. AŽūties fazėje
  2. BLog (eksponentinėje) fazėje
  3. CLag (prisitaikymo) fazėje
  4. DStacionariojoje (plato) fazėje
6.MikrobiologijaSunkus

Kodėl Chlamydia trachomatis paprastai diagnozuojama nukleorūgščių amplifikacijos testais, o ne įprastu pasėliu ant agaro?

  1. ATai virusas, neturintis DNR
  2. BJi per didelė augti agaro lėkštelėse
  3. CEsant deguoniui ji iš karto žūva
  4. DTai obligatinė ląstelės vidaus bakterija, negalinti augti įprastose terpėse

3Tirpalai

1.Infekcijų kontrolė ir pacientų sauga

Atsakymas: B · A water-based lip lubricant

Kodėl tai yra atsakymas

Petroleum- and oil-based products can increase the risk of burns or fire in an oxygen-rich setting. A water-based lubricant is used instead.

Atsakymas

B · A water-based lip lubricant
2.Infekcijų kontrolė ir pacientų sauga

Atsakymas: D · There is no preventive drug, so baseline and follow-up testing are done to detect infection early

Kodėl tai yra atsakymas

There is no vaccine or post-exposure prophylaxis for hepatitis C. The exposure is reported, baseline tests are taken and follow-up testing identifies infection early, because effective treatment is available.

Atsakymas

D · There is no preventive drug, so baseline and follow-up testing are done to detect infection early
3.Slaugos pagrindai

Atsakymas: B · No more than 10 seconds

Kodėl tai yra atsakymas

Rescuers look, listen and feel for normal breathing for no more than 10 seconds. If breathing is absent or not normal, they call for help and start CPR.

Atsakymas

B · No more than 10 seconds
4.Slaugos pagrindai

Atsakymas: D · It is deceptive; the pain should be assessed and treated

Kodėl tai yra atsakymas

Using a placebo without consent deceives the patient and damages trust. Response to a placebo does not prove the pain is not real. The patient's report should be believed and reassessed.

Atsakymas

D · It is deceptive; the pain should be assessed and treated
5.Mikrobiologija

Atsakymas

D · Tai obligatinė ląstelės vidaus bakterija, negalinti augti įprastose terpėse
