Infectiepreventie en patiëntveiligheid

Methode

3Oplossingen

1.Infectiepreventie en patiëntveiligheid

Antwoord: D · Lower than the elbows, so water runs off the fingertips

Waarom dit het antwoord is

For routine handwashing, hands are held lower than the elbows so dirty water flows off the fingertips into the sink, not up the arms. For a surgical scrub, the opposite applies.

Antwoord

D · Lower than the elbows, so water runs off the fingertips
2.Infectiepreventie en patiëntveiligheid

Antwoord: B · Explain why the precautions are needed and plan regular, unhurried time in the room

Waarom dit het antwoord is

Isolation can cause loneliness, anxiety and depression, and patients in isolation may get less contact with staff. The nurse explains the reason for the precautions, spends planned time with the patient and supports visits from people who follow the precautions.

Antwoord

B · Explain why the precautions are needed and plan regular, unhurried time in the room
3.Basisverpleegkunde

Antwoord: C · When the sounds disappear completely

Waarom dit het antwoord is

The first clear sound marks the systolic pressure; in adults the point at which the sounds disappear (phase 5) is recorded as diastolic.

Antwoord

C · When the sounds disappear completely
4.Basisverpleegkunde
