1Formules en methoden

Psychiatrische verpleegkunde

Methode

3Oplossingen

1.Psychiatrische verpleegkunde

Antwoord: B · Provide a quiet, low-stimulation environment and keep staff and patient safe

Waarom dit het antwoord is

PCP can cause agitation, violence, psychosis, nystagmus and hypertension. Reducing stimulation and keeping enough staff present for safety are key; "talking down" is less effective than with other hallucinogens.

Antwoord

B · Provide a quiet, low-stimulation environment and keep staff and patient safe
2.Psychiatrische verpleegkunde

Antwoord: C · Report the movements, assess them with a scale such as the AIMS and ask for a medication review

Waarom dit het antwoord is

These are signs of tardive dyskinesia, which can be permanent. Early detection and review of the antipsychotic are key; anticholinergic drugs do not treat tardive dyskinesia and may worsen it.

Antwoord

C · Report the movements, assess them with a scale such as the AIMS and ask for a medication review
3.Klinische psychologie

Antwoord: A · Antisociale persoonlijkheidsstoornis

Antwoord

A · Antisociale persoonlijkheidsstoornis
4.Klinische psychologie

Antwoord

B · Intern, stabiel en globaal zijn
5.Farmacologie

Antwoord: C · Vitamin B12

Waarom dit het antwoord is

Metformin reduces vitamin B12 absorption in the ileum. Deficiency can cause anaemia and neuropathy, so levels may be checked in long-term users.

Antwoord

C · Vitamin B12
6.Farmacologie

Antwoord: B · Bone marrow suppression, because both drugs inhibit folate metabolism

Waarom dit het antwoord is

Trimethoprim and methotrexate both inhibit dihydrofolate reductase, and trimethoprim also reduces methotrexate excretion. The combination can cause severe pancytopenia, so another antibiotic is chosen.

Antwoord

B · Bone marrow suppression, because both drugs inhibit folate metabolism
