1Formules en methoden

Psychiatrische verpleegkunde

Methode

3Oplossingen

1.Psychiatrische verpleegkunde

Antwoord: A · A patient who has not eaten or drunk anything for two days

Waarom dit het antwoord is

Maslow places physiological needs, such as food and fluids, before safety, love and belonging, esteem and self-actualisation. A patient who is not eating or drinking has the most basic unmet need.

Antwoord

A · A patient who has not eaten or drunk anything for two days
2.Psychiatrische verpleegkunde

Antwoord: C · Ask directly about suicidal thoughts and plans, and assess his risk

Waarom dit het antwoord is

Gambling disorder is associated with a raised risk of suicide, especially with debt, shame and hopelessness. The statement is a warning sign that needs direct questions and risk assessment.

Antwoord

C · Ask directly about suicidal thoughts and plans, and assess his risk
3.Klinische psychologie

5.Farmacologie

Antwoord: B · Take it right before bed, only if you can sleep a full night

Waarom dit het antwoord is

Zolpidem can cause next-day impairment and complex sleep behaviours such as sleep-walking or sleep-driving. Alcohol and other sedatives increase these risks.

Antwoord

B · Take it right before bed, only if you can sleep a full night
6.Farmacologie

Antwoord: B · To restore breathing without causing severe withdrawal and pain

Waarom dit het antwoord is

In opioid-dependent patients, a large dose of naloxone can cause abrupt withdrawal, severe pain and agitation. Small titrated doses aim to restore adequate breathing while keeping some analgesia.

Antwoord

B · To restore breathing without causing severe withdrawal and pain
