1Formules en methoden

Psychiatrische verpleegkunde

Methode

3Oplossingen

1.Psychiatrische verpleegkunde

Antwoord: B · In grief, painful feelings come in waves and self-esteem is usually kept

Waarom dit het antwoord is

In grief, sadness tends to come in waves linked to reminders of the loss, and positive memories and humour are possible. Pervasive worthlessness, self-loathing and hopelessness suggest depression.

Antwoord

B · In grief, painful feelings come in waves and self-esteem is usually kept
2.Psychiatrische verpleegkunde

Antwoord: A · Fluid and nutritional intake, and other physical needs

Waarom dit het antwoord is

In catatonic stupor, the patient may not eat, drink, move or pass urine normally. Dehydration, malnutrition, pressure injuries and blood clots are real risks, so physical care is the priority while medical treatment is started.

Antwoord

A · Fluid and nutritional intake, and other physical needs
3.Klinische psychologie

Antwoord: A · Ten minste één hypomane episode en ten minste één depressieve episode

Antwoord

A · Ten minste één hypomane episode en ten minste één depressieve episode
4.Klinische psychologie

5.Farmacologie

Antwoord: D · A common infusion reaction to amphotericin B

Waarom dit het antwoord is

Amphotericin B often causes fever, rigors and nausea during infusion. Premedication and a slower rate can reduce them, and kidney function and electrolytes are monitored.

Antwoord

D · A common infusion reaction to amphotericin B
6.Farmacologie

Antwoord: A · Lorazepam is cleared by simple conjugation and has no active metabolites

Waarom dit het antwoord is

Diazepam is metabolised by CYP enzymes into long-acting active metabolites, which accumulate in liver failure. Lorazepam, oxazepam and temazepam are glucuronidated, a process better preserved in liver disease.

Antwoord

A · Lorazepam is cleared by simple conjugation and has no active metabolites
