3Çözeltiler
1.Doğum ve kadın sağlığı hemşireliği
Cevap: A · Check that it is warm, not hot, before the baby goes in
Cevap neden bu
Bath water should be comfortably warm, about 37 °C (98,6 °F), checked with a thermometer or the elbow, and the baby is never left alone, even in shallow water. Plain water or a mild baby cleanser is used. Some guidance, such as in the US, advises sponge baths until the cord stump has fallen off.
Cevap
A · Check that it is warm, not hot, before the baby goes in
2.Doğum ve kadın sağlığı hemşireliği
Cevap: B · Hepatitis B vaccine within hours of birth, often with immunoglobulin
Cevap neden bu
Babies of HBsAg-positive mothers get a first dose of hepatitis B vaccine soon after birth. In the US, all of them also receive hepatitis B immunoglobulin (HBIG) within 12 hours; in the UK, the vaccine is given within 24 hours and HBIG is added when the mother is highly infectious (for example HBeAg-positive or with a high viral load). Breastfeeding is not contraindicated, and the vaccine series is completed later.
Cevap
B · Hepatitis B vaccine within hours of birth, often with immunoglobulin
3.Doz hesapları
Cevap: V = 1,8 mL
D = 3·24 = 72 mg
Hacim
V = 72/40 = 1,8 mL
Şırıngada
Bu 10 mL’lik şırıngada her küçük çizgi 0,2 mL’dir.
Cevap
V = 1,8 mL
4.Doz hesapları
Cevap: V = 3 mL
Doz hesabı: verilecek miktar, istenen dozun eldeki gücüne bölünüp bulunduğu miktarla çarpılmasına eşittir: miktar = (istenen doz/stok gücü) × stok hacmi. Birimleri her zaman aynı tutun (önce g'yi mg'ye, mg'yi mcg'ye çevirin) ve cevabın mantıklı olup olmadığını kontrol edin.
Ağırlığa göre doz
5·12 = 60 mg
Hacim
V = (60/100)·5 = 3 mL
Cevap
V = 3 mL
5.IV infüzyon hızları
Cevap: R = 40 gtt/min
Infusion rates: a pump is set in mL/h = volume/time in hours. A gravity drip is counted in drops per minute: gtt/min = volume (mL) × drop factor (gtt/mL)/time (min). The drop factor is printed on the tubing package: macrodrip sets deliver 10, 15 or 20 gtt/mL (blood sets often 10 gtt/mL in the US, 15 in the UK) and microdrip sets 60 gtt/mL. Always use the drop factor the question or package gives.
Dose-based infusions: concentration = amount of drug in the bag/bag volume. Pump rate (mL/h) = dose per hour/concentration, and dose per hour = mL/h × concentration. Convert per-minute doses to per-hour (× 60) and keep the mass units the same (1 g = 1000 mg, 1 mg = 1000 mcg).
