  3. 对于糖尿病急症,要区分 DKA(酮体、酸中毒)和 HHS(渗透压很高、脱水);先补液。

D · Keeping the drainage bag below the level of the bladder

Keeping the bag below the bladder prevents backflow, and the closed system is not broken. Catheters are removed as soon as they are no longer needed.

答案

D · Keeping the drainage bag below the level of the bladder

C · Ensure the patient’s safety, document the findings and report as required

Unexplained bruises of different ages and fear of a carer can suggest abuse. The nurse makes sure the patient is safe, documents objectively and reports according to law and policy.

答案

C · Ensure the patient’s safety, document the findings and report as required

A · Ask the prescriber or pharmacist for another form and not crush the tablet

Crushing or splitting an extended-release product can release the whole dose at once and cause toxicity. The nurse asks for a suitable alternative, such as a liquid or immediate-release form.

答案

A · Ask the prescriber or pharmacist for another form and not crush the tablet

B · Chest thrusts

For people in late pregnancy or who are very obese, chest thrusts replace abdominal thrusts because the rescuer cannot get around the abdomen effectively. Blind finger sweeps can push the object deeper.

答案

B · Chest thrusts

B · Bananas

Bananas, oranges, potatoes, tomatoes, dried fruit and beans are high in potassium. Apples, white rice and cabbage are lower-potassium choices that are commonly allowed on a potassium-restricted diet. Potassium in diet · MedlinePlus (NIH) (2026); Chronic kidney disease · MedlinePlus (NIH) (2025)

答案

B · Bananas

D · Folate deficiency, made worse by a direct alcohol effect

Poor diet and alcohol reduce folate intake and absorption, causing macrocytic anemia, and alcohol itself also raises the MCV. Iron deficiency and thalassemia cause small cells. Folate is replaced after B12 deficiency is excluded, and thiamine is also commonly given. Folate-deficiency anemia - Medical Encyclopedia · MedlinePlus (NIH) (2026)

答案

D · Folate deficiency, made worse by a direct alcohol effect

A · Take it with plain water on an empty stomach and stay upright for 30 minutes

Alendronic acid must be taken with plain water before food, and the patient must stay upright to reduce oesophageal irritation. Food, milk and antacids reduce absorption.

答案

A · Take it with plain water on an empty stomach and stay upright for 30 minutes

D · A sudden drop can reduce blood flow to the brain, heart and kidneys

In a hypertensive emergency, autoregulation in vital organs is reset to higher pressures. Lowering BP too fast can cause ischaemia, so it is reduced gradually under close monitoring.

答案

D · A sudden drop can reduce blood flow to the brain, heart and kidneys

C · Intravenous magnesium sulfate

Torsades de pointes is treated with IV magnesium, plus correction of low potassium and stopping drugs that prolong the QT interval. If the patient loses their pulse, defibrillation is needed. Potassium must never be given as an IV bolus.

答案

C · Intravenous magnesium sulfate

D · A flail chest from ribs broken in more than one place

A flail segment occurs when adjacent ribs are fractured in two or more places, so the segment moves paradoxically. It is often associated with lung contusion and respiratory failure. Management includes oxygen, strong analgesia and sometimes ventilation or surgical fixation.

答案

D · A flail chest from ribs broken in more than one place

C · Wait to give the insulin until the meal arrives

Rapid-acting insulin begins to work within about 15 minutes, so giving it without food risks hypoglycaemia. It is given just before or with the meal. Basal insulin is not affected by meal delays.

答案

C · Wait to give the insulin until the meal arrives

B · IV aciclovir

Herpes simplex encephalitis is treatable but can cause severe brain damage. IV aciclovir is started as soon as it is suspected, without waiting for test results. Kidney function and hydration are monitored during treatment.

答案

B · IV aciclovir

C · Testing sensation to cold with ice or a cold spray

The level at which the patient no longer feels cold shows the upper extent of the sensory block. Motor block is assessed with a scale such as Bromage. A rising block or new weakness is reported.

答案

C · Testing sensation to cold with ice or a cold spray

B · Incontinence-associated dermatitis

Incontinence-associated dermatitis is inflammation from urine or faeces, with diffuse redness and superficial erosion. It is managed with gentle cleansing, barrier products and managing incontinence, and is different from a pressure ulcer.

答案

B · Incontinence-associated dermatitis
