Dose-based infusions: concentration = amount of drug in the bag/bag volume. Pump rate (mL/h) = dose per hour/concentration, and dose per hour = mL/h × concentration. Convert per-minute doses to per-hour (× 60) and keep the mass units the same (1 g = 1000 mg, 1 mg = 1000 mcg).
1000 mg/250 mL = 4 mg/mL
1·60 = 60 mg/h
R = 60/4 = 15 mL/h
R = 15 mL/h
R = 2,9/0,4 = 7,25 ≈ 7,3 mL/h
R = 7,3 mL/h
D = 11,8 mcg/kg/min
28·2000 = 56000 mcg/h
56000/60 = 933,3 mcg/min
D = 933,3/79 = 11,81 ≈ 11,8 mcg/kg/min
D = 11,8 mcg/kg/min
U = 875/(45·12) = 1,62 mL/kg/h
U = 1,62 mL/kg/h
06:00 → 13:30 = 7,5 h
50·7,5 = 375 mL
V = 500 − 375 = 125 mL
V = 125 mL

Osm = 326 mOsm/kg
ضغط الأكسجين السنخي هو PAO₂ = FiO₂·(760 − 47) − PaCO₂/0,8 mmHg عند مستوى البحر، والفرق A–a هو PAO₂ − PaO₂.
Osm = 2·145 + 29,2 + 6,3 = 325,5 ≈ 326 mOsm/kg
Osm = 326 mOsm/kg
