1Formule e metodi

3Soluzioni
1.Controllo delle infezioni e sicurezza del paziente
Risposta: D · On the hands, with the crutch tops a few finger widths below the armpits
Perché è questa la risposta
Weight is taken on the hands and arms. Leaning on the crutch tops can compress the brachial plexus and cause crutch palsy, so a gap is kept between the crutch top and the axilla.
Risposta
D · On the hands, with the crutch tops a few finger widths below the armpits
2.Controllo delle infezioni e sicurezza del paziente
Risposta: D · Remove the restraints, because the reason for them has ended
Perché è questa la risposta
Restraints are used only as long as needed to keep people safe. Once the patient no longer presents a danger, the restraints are removed, even if the order has not yet expired.
Risposta
D · Remove the restraints, because the reason for them has ended
3.Fondamenti di infermieristica
Risposta: D · Their sense of thirst is often reduced
Perché è questa la risposta
Ageing blunts thirst and reduces body water and the kidneys' ability to concentrate urine. Older patients often need to be offered and helped with drinks.
Risposta
D · Their sense of thirst is often reduced
4.Fondamenti di infermieristica
Risposta: C · The patient wears a surgical mask during transport
Perché è questa la risposta
When an airborne-precaution patient must leave the room, they wear a surgical mask to contain respiratory secretions. Staff in close contact still wear respirators as per policy, and the receiving department is informed.
Risposta
C · The patient wears a surgical mask during transport
5.Microbiologia
Risposta: A · Immunità passiva naturale
Risposta
A · Immunità passiva naturale
6.Microbiologia
Risposta
