1Formule e metodi
2Esercizi
1.Controllo delle infezioni e sicurezza del pazienteMedia
Which practice is safe when transferring a patient from a bed to a stretcher?
ALeave the stretcher wheels unlocked so it can move with the patient
BHave the patient slide across without help or a slide sheet
CLock the wheels of both the bed and the stretcher before moving the patient
DLower the stretcher side rails during transport
2.Controllo delle infezioni e sicurezza del pazienteDifficile
A child with fever, cough, red eyes and a spreading rash is in a clinic waiting room. Measles is suspected. What should the nurse do first?
ASend the child home to rest without an assessment
BAsk the family to wait in the main waiting room until the child is called in
CGive the child an antipyretic and continue triage
DPut a mask on the child and move them into an airborne isolation room
3.Fondamenti di infermieristicaMedia
Using the AVPU scale, a patient who opens their eyes and groans only when the nurse squeezes their shoulder is scored as:
AU
BA
CV
DP
4.Fondamenti di infermieristicaDifficile
A patient opens their eyes only to pain, makes incomprehensible sounds and withdraws from a painful stimulus. What is the Glasgow Coma Scale score?
A9
B6
C11
D8
5.MicrobiologiaMedia
AInattivazione enzimatica
BSolo ridotto ingresso attraverso le porine
CModifica del bersaglio
DPompe di efflusso
3Soluzioni
1.Controllo delle infezioni e sicurezza del paziente
Risposta: C · Lock the wheels of both the bed and the stretcher before moving the patient
Perché è questa la risposta
Both surfaces are locked and at the same height before the transfer, a slide sheet is used and enough staff help. Side rails are raised on the stretcher during transport.
Risposta
C · Lock the wheels of both the bed and the stretcher before moving the patient
2.Controllo delle infezioni e sicurezza del paziente
Risposta: D · Put a mask on the child and move them into an airborne isolation room
Perché è questa la risposta
Measles is highly contagious through airborne spread. The child is masked and placed in an airborne infection isolation room, or a closed single room if none is available, and exposed people may need follow-up.
Risposta
D · Put a mask on the child and move them into an airborne isolation room
3.Fondamenti di infermieristica
Risposta: D · P
Perché è questa la risposta
AVPU stands for Alert, responds to Voice, responds to Pain, Unresponsive. A response only to a painful stimulus is "P", a serious sign that needs urgent review.
Risposta
D · P
4.Fondamenti di infermieristica
Risposta: D · 8
Perché è questa la risposta
Eyes to pain score 2, incomprehensible sounds score 2 and withdrawal from pain scores 4, giving 8. A GCS of 8 or less suggests the patient may not be able to protect their airway.
Risposta
D · 8
5.Microbiologia
Risposta
A · Inalando aerosol provenienti da impianti idrici contaminati
6.Microbiologia
