1Formule e metodi

Infermieristica di salute mentale

Metodo

3Soluzioni

1.Infermieristica di salute mentale

Risposta: C · A staff member stays with the patient at all times, at the distance set by policy, including in the bathroom

Perché è questa la risposta

Constant observation means a member of staff is always with the patient, at a distance set by policy, so they can intervene immediately. It is reviewed regularly and stepped down as risk reduces.

Risposta

C · A staff member stays with the patient at all times, at the distance set by policy, including in the bathroom
2.Infermieristica di salute mentale

Risposta: A · Accompanying a stable patient to the dining room and recording his food intake

Perché è questa la risposta

Routine, predictable tasks with stable patients, such as escorting and recording intake, can be delegated. Assessment, care planning, teaching and evaluation require the nurse's judgement.

Risposta

A · Accompanying a stable patient to the dining room and recording his food intake
3.Psicologia clinica

Risposta: B · Il DOC

Perché è questa la risposta

L'ERP espone i pazienti agli stimoli ossessivi impedendo le compulsioni, così l'ansia diminuisce senza il rituale.

Risposta

B · Il DOC
4.Psicologia clinica

5.Farmacologia

Risposta: B · I recettori dopaminergici D2

Risposta

B · I recettori dopaminergici D2
6.Farmacologia

Risposta: B · It is a partial agonist at dopamine D2 receptors

Perché è questa la risposta

Aripiprazole is a D2 partial agonist, reducing dopamine activity where it is high and providing some where it is low. It causes less weight gain and prolactin rise than many antipsychotics, but akathisia is common.

Risposta

B · It is a partial agonist at dopamine D2 receptors
