3Soluzioni
1.Infermieristica di salute mentale
Risposta: B · They give rapid relief but are generally used only short-term because of tolerance and dependence
Perché è questa la risposta
Benzodiazepines act quickly by enhancing GABA, but long-term use leads to tolerance, dependence and withdrawal. SSRIs and psychological therapy are first-line long-term treatments for most anxiety disorders.
Risposta
B · They give rapid relief but are generally used only short-term because of tolerance and dependence
2.Infermieristica di salute mentale
Risposta: A · Report the concern immediately to the nurse in charge, following policy, to protect patients
Perché è questa la risposta
An impaired nurse is a risk to patients. The concern is reported at once through the proper channel so the colleague can be removed from patient care and offered support through the organisation's procedures.
Risposta
A · Report the concern immediately to the nurse in charge, following policy, to protect patients
3.Psicologia clinica
Risposta: C · Agorafobia
5.Farmacologia
Risposta: A · A 38-year-old woman who smokes 20 cigarettes a day
Perché è questa la risposta
Smoking over the age of 35 greatly increases the risk of myocardial infarction and stroke with combined hormonal contraception. Progestogen-only or non-hormonal methods are preferred.
Risposta
A · A 38-year-old woman who smokes 20 cigarettes a day
6.Farmacologia
Risposta: D · It inhibits CYP2C19, so less clopidogrel is converted to its active form
Perché è questa la risposta
Clopidogrel must be activated by liver enzymes, mainly CYP2C19. Omeprazole inhibits this enzyme and can reduce its antiplatelet effect, so another acid suppressant may be chosen.
Risposta
D · It inhibits CYP2C19, so less clopidogrel is converted to its active form
