3Soluzioni

1.Infermieristica di salute mentale

Risposta: B · They give rapid relief but are generally used only short-term because of tolerance and dependence

Perché è questa la risposta

Benzodiazepines act quickly by enhancing GABA, but long-term use leads to tolerance, dependence and withdrawal. SSRIs and psychological therapy are first-line long-term treatments for most anxiety disorders.

Risposta

B · They give rapid relief but are generally used only short-term because of tolerance and dependence
2.Infermieristica di salute mentale

Risposta: D · Protect the airway and keep him safe from injury

Perché è questa la risposta

During a seizure, the nurse protects the airway, removes nearby hazards, does not restrain or put anything in the mouth, and calls for help. Alcohol withdrawal seizures are most likely in the first 48 hours.

Risposta

D · Protect the airway and keep him safe from injury
3.Psicologia clinica

Risposta

B · Disturbo da stress acuto
4.Psicologia clinica

Risposta

B · I tassi di ricaduta e di riammissione in ospedale
5.Farmacologia

Risposta: C · Kidney and liver clearance often decline, and sensitivity to drugs increases

Perché è questa la risposta

Ageing reduces kidney function, changes body composition and often slows liver metabolism. Many drugs also have stronger effects on the ageing brain, so doses are started low and increased slowly.

Risposta

C · Kidney and liver clearance often decline, and sensitivity to drugs increases
6.Farmacologia

Risposta: D · It blocks dopamine receptors in the brain and can worsen the parkinsonism

Perché è questa la risposta

Metoclopramide crosses the blood–brain barrier and antagonises D2 receptors. In Parkinson's disease this worsens rigidity and bradykinesia, so antiemetics that do not block central dopamine receptors are preferred.

Risposta

D · It blocks dopamine receptors in the brain and can worsen the parkinsonism
