1Formule e metodi

Infermieristica di salute mentale

Metodo

3Soluzioni

1.Infermieristica di salute mentale

Risposta: C · Treat the wounds in a calm, matter-of-fact way and assess her current risk and feelings

Perché è questa la risposta

Wounds need care, and self-harm requires risk assessment. A calm, non-judgemental response avoids both punishment and unintended reinforcement, and helps the patient explore triggers and safer coping.

Risposta

C · Treat the wounds in a calm, matter-of-fact way and assess her current risk and feelings
2.Infermieristica di salute mentale

Risposta: D · Take the statement seriously, assess her risk and explain that nursing assignments are decided by the team

Perché è questa la risposta

Every threat of self-harm needs assessment, but giving in to it reinforces the behaviour and supports splitting. The nurse addresses safety and feelings while keeping consistent team boundaries.

Risposta

D · Take the statement seriously, assess her risk and explain that nursing assignments are decided by the team
3.Psicologia clinica

Risposta

D · La validità della diagnosi psichiatrica
4.Psicologia clinica

5.Farmacologia

Risposta: D · Stop the oxytocin infusion

Perché è questa la risposta

Excessive contractions reduce placental blood flow and cause fetal distress. The oxytocin is stopped first, then the woman is turned on her side, IV fluids and oxygen are given as per protocol and the provider is informed.

Risposta

D · Stop the oxytocin infusion
6.Farmacologia

Risposta: C · "If I feel better after a week, I can stop taking it."

Perché è questa la risposta

Antidepressants are continued for months after improvement to prevent relapse, and are tapered when stopped. Early nausea, delayed benefit and monitoring for suicidal thoughts are correct points.

Risposta

C · "If I feel better after a week, I can stop taking it."
