3Soluzioni
1.Infermieristica di salute mentale
Risposta: B · Doing things while not fully awake, such as sleepwalking or driving, with no memory of it
Perché è questa la risposta
Zolpidem and similar "Z-drugs" can cause complex sleep behaviours, such as sleep-walking, sleep-driving or cooking while not fully awake, which can cause serious injury. These must be reported and the drug stopped.
Risposta
B · Doing things while not fully awake, such as sleepwalking or driving, with no memory of it
2.Infermieristica di salute mentale
Risposta: A · Ask him and his family about his alcohol use and the time of his last drink, and report the findings
Perché è questa la risposta
Unexpected alcohol withdrawal is common in surgical patients. Asking about drinking, using a withdrawal scale and reporting early allows treatment before seizures or delirium tremens develop.
Risposta
A · Ask him and his family about his alcohol use and the time of his last drink, and report the findings
3.Psicologia clinica
5.Farmacologia
Risposta: A · Take aspirin 30 minutes before the niacin, if the prescriber agrees
Perché è questa la risposta
Niacin causes prostaglandin-mediated vasodilation and flushing. Aspirin beforehand, taking it with food and avoiding hot drinks and alcohol reduce this effect.
Risposta
A · Take aspirin 30 minutes before the niacin, if the prescriber agrees
6.Farmacologia
Risposta: D · 10 mg/L
Perché è questa la risposta
18 ore corrispondono a tre emivite. Il livello si dimezza tre volte: 80 → 40 → 20 → 10 mg/L.
