1Formule e metodi

Infermieristica di salute mentale

Metodo

3Soluzioni

1.Infermieristica di salute mentale

Risposta: D · "What evidence do you have that nobody likes you?"

Perché è questa la risposta

Cognitive restructuring helps the patient examine the evidence for and against a negative automatic thought, then develop a more balanced view. Reassurance or advice does not help the patient learn this skill.

Risposta

D · "What evidence do you have that nobody likes you?"
2.Infermieristica di salute mentale

Risposta: A · Stay calm, acknowledge her worry and offer to help her look for it

Perché è questa la risposta

False accusations of theft are common in dementia when items are misplaced. Acknowledging the feeling, helping to search and keeping items in regular places reduce distress.

Risposta

A · Stay calm, acknowledge her worry and offer to help her look for it
3.Psicologia clinica

Risposta

A · Aumentando il coinvolgimento in attività gratificanti e significative
4.Psicologia clinica

5.Farmacologia

Risposta: C · Do not stop the drug suddenly, as this can trigger severe seizures

Perché è questa la risposta

Abrupt withdrawal of antiepileptic drugs can cause rebound seizures and even status epilepticus. Any change is made gradually under medical supervision.

Risposta

C · Do not stop the drug suddenly, as this can trigger severe seizures
6.Farmacologia

Risposta: A · Buprenorphine is a high-affinity partial agonist that displaces heroin

Perché è questa la risposta

Buprenorphine binds mu receptors more strongly than heroin but activates them less, so it can precipitate withdrawal. Induction is started when the patient already has mild to moderate withdrawal signs.

Risposta

A · Buprenorphine is a high-affinity partial agonist that displaces heroin
