1Formule e metodi
Valutazione, educazione e verifica restano all’infermiere.
Area medico-chirurgica: cardiovascolare e respiratoria
Area medico-chirurgica: neurologica, endocrina e renale
Area medico-chirurgica: gastrointestinale, perioperatoria e oncologica

Risposta: t = 8,75 h
Orologio a 24 ore: dalle 13 (1 PM) in poi aggiungi 12 all’ora (3:45 PM = 15:45).
17:45 → 24:00 = 375 min
Dopo la mezzanotte
00:00 → 02:30 = 150 min
Totale
375 + 150 = 525 min
t = 525/60 = 8,75 h
Risposta
t = 8,75 h
27.Calcoli di dosaggio
Risposta: V = 1,8 mL
D = 3·30 = 90 mg
Volume
V = 90/50 = 1,8 mL
Risposta
V = 1,8 mL
28.Calcoli di dosaggio
Risposta: V = 3,5 mL
12,5·14 = 175 mg
Volume
V = (175/250)·5 = 3,5 mL
Risposta
V = 3,5 mL
29.Velocità di infusione EV
Risposta: R = 67 gtt/min
Tempo in minuti
5·60 = 300 min
Velocità di gocciolamento
R = 1000·20/300 = 66,67 ≈ 67 gtt/min
Risposta
R = 67 gtt/min
Risposta: Δ = 6,667 %
Infusion rates: a pump is set in mL/h = volume/time in hours. A gravity drip is counted in drops per minute: gtt/min = volume (mL) × drop factor (gtt/mL)/time (min). The drop factor is printed on the tubing package: macrodrip sets deliver 10, 15 or 20 gtt/mL (blood sets often 10 gtt/mL in the US, 15 in the UK) and microdrip sets 60 gtt/mL. Always use the drop factor the question or package gives.
Velocità originale
1500/12 = 125 mL/h
Nuova velocità
R = 800/6 = 133,3 mL/h
Variazione percentuale
Δ = (133,3 − 125)/125·100% = 6,667%
Risposta
Δ = 6,667%
31.Fluidi endovenosi e bilancio idrico
Risposta: U = 1,48 mL/kg/h
Urina totale
350 + 350 + 150 = 850 mL
Per chilogrammo all’ora
U = 850/(72·8) = 1,476 ≈ 1,48 mL/kg/h
Risposta
U = 1,48 mL/kg/h
32.Fluidi endovenosi e bilancio idrico
Risposta: V = 380 mL
Tempo trascorso
06:00 → 07:00 = 1 h
Volume infuso
120·1 = 120 mL
Volume rimanente
V = 500 − 120 = 380 mL
Risposta
V = 380 mL
