1Formule e metodi
Valutazione, educazione e verifica restano all’infermiere.
Area medico-chirurgica: cardiovascolare e respiratoria
Area medico-chirurgica: neurologica, endocrina e renale
Area medico-chirurgica: gastrointestinale, perioperatoria e oncologica

Risposta
B · Stay with the patient and coach slow, calm breathing
6.Priorità e delega
Risposta: C · Giving a scheduled subcutaneous anticoagulant injection to a stable patient
Perché è questa la risposta
LPNs/LVNs usually give scheduled injections to stable patients. A fresh postoperative assessment and teaching plans need the RN, and routine vital signs are better given to the assistant so the LPN/LVN can use their skills.
Risposta
C · Giving a scheduled subcutaneous anticoagulant injection to a stable patient
7.Infermieristica clinica
Risposta: A · Nausea, abdominal discomfort or diarrhoea
Perché è questa la risposta
Gastrointestinal upset is common at the start, so metformin is started at a low dose with food and increased gradually. It rarely causes hypoglycaemia when used alone.
Risposta

8.Infermieristica clinica
Risposta: B · A patient with asthma who can only speak in single words
Perché è questa la risposta
Being unable to complete sentences is a sign of acute severe or life-threatening asthma, an airway and breathing emergency. The other patients need attention but are not immediately life-threatened.
Risposta
B · A patient with asthma who can only speak in single words
9.Valori di laboratorio ed elettroliti
Risposta: D · Kidney function (creatinine clearance)
Perché è questa la risposta
Dabigatran is excreted mainly by the kidneys, so poor kidney function raises the drug level and bleeding risk. Kidney function is checked before starting and regularly afterwards. Routine INR monitoring is not used for direct oral anticoagulants.Verificato con:Dabigatran · MedlinePlus (NIH) (2025)
Risposta
D · Kidney function (creatinine clearance)
10.Valori di laboratorio ed elettroliti
Risposta: D · A chronic stable rise; infarction needs a rising or falling pattern
Perché è questa la risposta

Digoxin is usually withheld in adults if the apical pulse is below 60 per minute, and the prescriber is informed. Bradycardia may be an early sign of toxicity.
Risposta
A · Withhold the dose and notify the prescriber
12.Farmacologia
Risposta: C · They have more skin area per kilogram and thinner skin
Perché è questa la risposta
Infants have a high surface area-to-weight ratio and a thinner skin barrier, so topical drugs reach higher systemic levels. Nappies can act as an occlusive dressing and increase absorption further.
Risposta
C · They have more skin area per kilogram and thinner skin
13.Area medico-chirurgica: cardiovascolare e respiratoria
Risposta: D · Intravenous atropine
Perché è questa la risposta
Atropine is an antimuscarinic that removes vagal tone and raises the heart rate. It is first-line for symptomatic bradycardia. If it fails, other options include a drug infusion or cardiac pacing. Adenosine, bisoprolol and amiodarone all slow conduction.
Risposta
D · Intravenous atropine
14.Area medico-chirurgica: cardiovascolare e respiratoria
Risposta: D · Failure to capture
Perché è questa la risposta
Failure to capture means the pacing stimulus does not depolarise the myocardium, so no QRS follows the spike. Causes include lead displacement, a raised threshold or battery problems. It can cause bradycardia or asystole, so the patient is assessed and the team informed urgently.
Risposta
D · Failure to capture
15.Area medico-chirurgica: neurologica, endocrina e renale
Risposta: A · It slows the decline in kidney function
Perché è questa la risposta
Hypertension is both a cause and a result of CKD. Controlling it, often with an ACE inhibitor or ARB when albuminuria is present, slows the loss of kidney function and reduces cardiovascular risk.
Risposta
A · It slows the decline in kidney function
16.Area medico-chirurgica: neurologica, endocrina e renale
Risposta: C · A patient with a nephrostomy who has rigors and a BP of 86/50 mmHg

Risposta
D · Osteomyelitis
19.Infermieristica ostetrica
21.Infermieristica pediatrica
Risposta: D · Appetite falls as growth slows; offer small, healthy portions without pressure
Perché è questa la risposta
Growth slows after the first year, so toddlers often eat less (sometimes called physiological anorexia). Offering small portions, regular meals and snacks and avoiding battles over food is advised; too much milk can reduce appetite and cause iron deficiency.
Risposta
D · Appetite falls as growth slows; offer small, healthy portions without pressure
22.Infermieristica pediatrica
Risposta: D · Eczema herpeticum, which needs urgent antiviral treatment
Perché è questa la risposta
Eczema herpeticum is a widespread herpes simplex infection of eczematous skin. It can spread quickly and cause serious illness, including eye involvement, so the child needs urgent medical review and antiviral treatment.
Risposta
D · Eczema herpeticum, which needs urgent antiviral treatment
23.Infermieristica di salute mentale
Risposta: B · When the patient's anxiety is at a mild level

26.Matematica infermieristica e conversioni di unità
Risposta: t = 8,5 h
Orologio a 24 ore: dalle 13 (1 PM) in poi aggiungi 12 all’ora (3:45 PM = 15:45).
21:35 → 24:00 = 145 min
Dopo la mezzanotte
00:00 → 06:05 = 365 min
Totale
145 + 365 = 510 min
t = 510/60 = 8,5 h
Risposta
t = 8,5 h
27.Calcoli di dosaggio
Risposta: m = 500 mg
Solution strengths: a percentage strength is grams per 100 mL, so 1% = 1 g/100 mL = 10 mg/mL. A ratio strength 1:1000 means 1 g in 1000 mL = 1 mg/mL; 1:10 000 is 0,1 mg/mL. For a dilution the amount of drug stays the same: C₁·V₁ = C₂·V₂.
Concentrazione
1% = 1 g/100 mL = 10 mg/mL
Massa di farmaco
m = 10·50 = 500 mg
Risposta
m = 500 mg
28.Calcoli di dosaggio
Risposta: V = 3,6 mL
15·12 = 180 mg
Volume
V = (180/250)·5 = 3,6 mL
Risposta
V = 3,6 mL
29.Velocità di infusione EV
Risposta: R = 150 mL/h
Infusion rates: a pump is set in mL/h = volume/time in hours. A gravity drip is counted in drops per minute: gtt/min = volume (mL) × drop factor (gtt/mL)/time (min). The drop factor is printed on the tubing package: macrodrip sets deliver 10, 15 or 20 gtt/mL (blood sets often 10 gtt/mL in the US, 15 in the UK) and microdrip sets 60 gtt/mL. Always use the drop factor the question or package gives.
Velocità originale
1000/8 = 125 mL/h
Nuova velocità
R = 600/4 = 150 mL/h
Risposta
R = 150 mL/h
Risposta: R = 15 mL/h
Dose-based infusions: concentration = amount of drug in the bag/bag volume. Pump rate (mL/h) = dose per hour/concentration, and dose per hour = mL/h × concentration. Convert per-minute doses to per-hour (× 60) and keep the mass units the same (1 g = 1000 mg, 1 mg = 1000 mcg).
Concentrazione
1000 mg/500 mL = 2 mg/mL
Dose oraria
0,5·60 = 30 mg/h
Velocità della pompa
R = 30/2 = 15 mL/h
Risposta
R = 15 mL/h
31.Fluidi endovenosi e bilancio idrico
Risposta: U = 1,01 mL/kg/h
Urina totale
425 + 375 = 800 mL
Per chilogrammo all’ora
U = 800/(99·8) = 1,01 mL/kg/h
Risposta
U = 1,01 mL/kg/h
32.Fluidi endovenosi e bilancio idrico
Risposta: V = 730 mL
Tempo trascorso
07:00 → 11:30 = 4,5 h
Volume infuso
60·4,5 = 270 mL
Volume rimanente
V = 1000 − 270 = 730 mL
Risposta
V = 730 mL
33.Punteggi di valutazione clinica
Risposta: MFS = 75
Anamnesi di cadute: no 0, sì 25. Diagnosi secondaria: no 0, sì 15. Terapia EV o catetere venoso con tappo: no 0, sì 20. Andatura: normale, riposo a letto o sedia a rotelle 0; debole 10; compromessa 20.
