1Formule e metodi
Valutazione, educazione e verifica restano all’infermiere.
Area medico-chirurgica: cardiovascolare e respiratoria
Area medico-chirurgica: neurologica, endocrina e renale
Area medico-chirurgica: gastrointestinale, perioperatoria e oncologica

12 oz/16 = 0,75 lb
6 + 0,75 = 6,75 lb
Da libbre a chilogrammi
m = 6,75/2,2 = 3,068 ≈ 3,07 kg
Risposta
m = 3,07 kg

18:10 → 24:00 = 350 min
Dopo la mezzanotte
00:00 → 06:20 = 380 min
Totale
t = 350 + 380 = 730 min
Risposta
t = 730 min
27.Calcoli di dosaggio
Risposta: V = 5,4 mL
D = 15·18 = 270 mg
Volume
V = 270/50 = 5,4 mL
Risposta
V = 5,4 mL
28.Calcoli di dosaggio
Risposta: V = 0,87 mL
Volume
V = 4350/5000 = 0,87 mL
Risposta
V = 0,87 mL
29.Velocità di infusione EV
Risposta: R = 90 gtt/min
Infusion rates: a pump is set in mL/h = volume/time in hours. A gravity drip is counted in drops per minute: gtt/min = volume (mL) × drop factor (gtt/mL)/time (min). The drop factor is printed on the tubing package: macrodrip sets deliver 10, 15 or 20 gtt/mL (blood sets often 10 gtt/mL in the US, 15 in the UK) and microdrip sets 60 gtt/mL. Always use the drop factor the question or package gives.
Millilitri al minuto
90/60 = 1,5 mL/min
Velocità di gocciolamento
R = 1,5·60 = 90 gtt/min
Risposta
R = 90 gtt/min
Velocità in mL/h
32·60/60 = 32 mL/h
Tempo residuo
t = 300/32 = 9,375 ≈ 9,4 h
Risposta
t = 9,4 h
31.Fluidi endovenosi e bilancio idrico
Risposta: I = 1200 mL
Infusione EV: 100·8 = 800 mL
antibiotico e.v.: 2·100 = 200 mL
I = 1200 mL
Risposta
I = 1200 mL
32.Fluidi endovenosi e bilancio idrico
Risposta: t = 11,5 h
Prima parte
120·2 = 240 mL
1000 − 240 = 760 mL rimanenti
Seconda parte
760/80 = 9,5 h
Tempo totale
t = 2 + 9,5 = 11,5 h
Risposta
t = 11,5 h
Risposta verbale V: 5 orientata, 4 confusa, 3 parole inappropriate, 2 suoni incomprensibili, 1 assente.
Punteggio motorio
M = 6 − 1 − 2 = 3
M3: flessione anomala delle braccia (postura di decorticazione)
Risposta
M = 3
34.Punteggi di valutazione clinica
Risposta: medio-basso
RR 14/min → 0
SpO₂ 96% → 0
in aria ambiente → 0
SBP 124 mmHg → 0
HR 82/min → 0
risponde solo alla voce (V) → 3
T 37,9 °C → 0
Totale e punteggi rossi
NEWS2 = 0 + 0 + 0 + 0 + 0 + 3 + 0 = 3
Almeno un parametro vale 3.
Gruppo di rischio
medio-basso
Risposta
medio-basso
