1Formules en methoden

Psychiatrische verpleegkunde

Methode

3Oplossingen

1.Psychiatrische verpleegkunde

Antwoord: A · They give rapid relief but are generally used only short-term because of tolerance and dependence

Waarom dit het antwoord is

Benzodiazepines act quickly by enhancing GABA, but long-term use leads to tolerance, dependence and withdrawal. SSRIs and psychological therapy are first-line long-term treatments for most anxiety disorders.

Antwoord

A · They give rapid relief but are generally used only short-term because of tolerance and dependence
2.Psychiatrische verpleegkunde

Antwoord: B · Report the finding, review his eating pattern and suggest giving the medicine after breakfast

Waarom dit het antwoord is

Appetite suppression is a common stimulant effect and can affect growth. The prescriber needs to know, and strategies such as giving the dose after breakfast and offering a good evening meal can help.

Antwoord

B · Report the finding, review his eating pattern and suggest giving the medicine after breakfast
3.Klinische psychologie

Antwoord: A · Wanen

Waarom dit het antwoord is

Positieve symptomen zijn toevoegingen (hallucinaties, wanen, gedesorganiseerde spraak). Negatieve symptomen zijn verliezen (vlakke affectiviteit, avolitie, alogie).

Antwoord

A · Wanen
4.Klinische psychologie

5.Farmacologie

Antwoord: B · Dry mouth, faster heart rate and dilated pupils

Waarom dit het antwoord is

Anticholinergic drugs block muscarinic receptors, so parasympathetic effects are reduced. This gives dry mouth, tachycardia, dilated pupils, constipation and urinary retention.

Antwoord

B · Dry mouth, faster heart rate and dilated pupils
6.Farmacologie

Antwoord: A · They are linked to a higher risk of stroke and death

Waarom dit het antwoord is

In older people with dementia, antipsychotics increase the risk of stroke and death. Non-drug approaches are tried first, and antipsychotics are used at low doses for short periods if needed.

Antwoord

A · They are linked to a higher risk of stroke and death
