3Oplossingen
1.Basisverpleegkunde
Antwoord: B · The first urine of the morning is discarded and the time noted, then all urine is kept
Waarom dit het antwoord is
The patient empties the bladder at the start and that urine is discarded. All urine for the next 24 hours is kept, including a final void at the end time.
Antwoord
B · The first urine of the morning is discarded and the time noted, then all urine is kept
2.Basisverpleegkunde
Antwoord: B · Cool the burn under cool running water for about 20 minutes
Waarom dit het antwoord is
Cool running water for about 20 minutes reduces pain and depth of injury. Ice can damage tissue further, grease holds heat in, and blisters are left intact to protect the skin.
Antwoord
B · Cool the burn under cool running water for about 20 minutes
3.Infectiepreventie en patiëntveiligheid
Antwoord: C · Show them how to use the gown and gloves and how to clean their hands
Waarom dit het antwoord is
Visitors are taught how to put on and remove PPE as required by the policy and how to perform hand hygiene, so they protect themselves and other patients.
Antwoord
C · Show them how to use the gown and gloves and how to clean their hands
4.Infectiepreventie en patiëntveiligheid
Antwoord: D · “I can share towels with my family if I wash them every week.”
Waarom dit het antwoord is
MRSA spreads by direct contact and shared items, so towels, razors and linen should not be shared. Hand hygiene, covering the wound and bagging dressings are correct.
Antwoord
D · “I can share towels with my family if I wash them every week.”
Antwoord
B · De patiënt en de elektrodekabels controleren
6.Prioriteren en delegeren
Antwoord: C · Fat embolism syndrome
Waarom dit het antwoord is
Fat embolism syndrome usually appears 24–72 hours after a long bone fracture, with breathing problems, confusion and a petechial rash. It needs oxygen and urgent escalation.
Antwoord
C · Fat embolism syndrome
7.Klinische verpleegkunde
Antwoord: A · Bending the hip beyond 90 degrees or crossing the legs
Waarom dit het antwoord is
Hip flexion past 90°, crossing the legs and turning the leg inwards can dislocate the hip after a posterior approach. Raised seats and toilet seats help, although specific precautions vary between units.
Antwoord
A · Bending the hip beyond 90 degrees or crossing the legs
8.Klinische verpleegkunde
Antwoord
B · Heparine-geïnduceerde trombocytopenie
9.Laboratoriumwaarden en elektrolyten
Antwoord: D · About 1 g/dL (10 g/L)
Waarom dit het antwoord is
In an average-sized adult without ongoing bleeding or hemolysis, one unit of red cells raises the hemoglobin by about 1 g/dL (and the hematocrit by about 3%). A smaller rise suggests ongoing blood loss or red cell destruction.Gecontroleerd met:Blood Transfusion · StatPearls (NCBI Bookshelf) (2026)
Antwoord
D · About 1 g/dL (10 g/L)
Antwoord
C · Minder spieren maken minder creatinine, waardoor een verminderde nierfunctie verborgen blijft
11.Farmacologie
Antwoord: C · Take the blood cultures first, then give the antibiotic at once
Waarom dit het antwoord is
Cultures are taken before antibiotics so the organism can be identified, but antibiotics must not be delayed in sepsis. Taking cultures quickly and then giving the antibiotic meets both aims.
Antwoord
C · Take the blood cultures first, then give the antibiotic at once
12.Farmacologie
Antwoord: A · "If I am ill and not eating, I will stop my insulin completely."
Waarom dit het antwoord is
Stress hormones during illness often raise glucose, so basal insulin is usually continued and doses may need adjusting. Stopping insulin in type 1 diabetes can lead to ketoacidosis.
Antwoord
A · "If I am ill and not eating, I will stop my insulin completely."
13.Medisch-chirurgisch: cardiovasculair en respiratoir
Antwoord: B · Take the best of three blows, ideally morning and evening
Waarom dit het antwoord is
The patient stands or sits upright, takes a full breath and blows as hard and fast as possible, three times, recording the best. Regular readings show variability and guide the action plan, which uses the patient's own best value as the reference.
Antwoord
B · Take the best of three blows, ideally morning and evening
14.Medisch-chirurgisch: cardiovasculair en respiratoir
Antwoord: C · A markedly reduced eGFR
Waarom dit het antwoord is
Contrast can worsen renal function, especially in patients with chronic kidney disease, diabetes or dehydration. Reduced eGFR may change the plan, such as IV hydration, less contrast and review of nephrotoxic drugs. Allergy history, anticoagulants and bleeding risk are also checked.
Antwoord
C · A markedly reduced eGFR
15.Medisch-chirurgisch: neurologie, endocrinologie en nieren
Antwoord: D · They increase, because dialysis removes amino acids
Waarom dit het antwoord is
Before dialysis, a moderate protein intake may be advised. Dialysis removes amino acids and protein, so needs rise, and malnutrition is a common risk. A renal dietitian sets individual targets.
Antwoord
D · They increase, because dialysis removes amino acids
16.Medisch-chirurgisch: neurologie, endocrinologie en nieren
Antwoord: B · Suspect a clot in the catheter and follow the protocol
Waarom dit het antwoord is
Clots blocking the catheter make the bladder distend, causing pain and spasms. The nurse checks for kinks, adjusts the irrigation rate per protocol, performs a bladder washout if trained and escalates if not cleared.
Antwoord
B · Suspect a clot in the catheter and follow the protocol
17.Medisch-chirurgisch: maag-darmstelsel, perioperatief en oncologie
Antwoord: A · That swallowing and the gag reflex have returned
Waarom dit het antwoord is
Throat spray numbs the pharynx, so drinking too early risks aspiration. Fluids are given once the gag reflex and swallowing have returned, usually after about an hour, starting with sips of water.
Antwoord
A · That swallowing and the gag reflex have returned
18.Medisch-chirurgisch: maag-darmstelsel, perioperatief en oncologie
Antwoord: A · Octreotide of terlipressine, plus intraveneuze antibiotica, tijdens de resuscitatie
Antwoord
A · Octreotide of terlipressine, plus intraveneuze antibiotica, tijdens de resuscitatie
19.Verloskundige verpleegkunde
Antwoord: B · Progressive dilation and effacement of the cervix
Waarom dit het antwoord is
True labour causes progressive cervical change. Its contractions become regular, stronger and closer and do not stop with rest or walking. False labour contractions are irregular and ease with rest or position change.
Antwoord
B · Progressive dilation and effacement of the cervix
20.Verloskundige verpleegkunde
Antwoord: B · Uterine tone, bleeding and newborn injury
Waarom dit het antwoord is
Precipitous labour increases the risk of cervical and perineal tears, uterine atony and haemorrhage, and of newborn injuries such as bruising or intracranial bleeding.
Antwoord
B · Uterine tone, bleeding and newborn injury
21.Kinderverpleegkunde
Antwoord: D · Cover the eyes, expose as much skin as possible and monitor temperature and hydration
Waarom dit het antwoord is
Phototherapy works on bilirubin in the skin, so maximal skin should be exposed while the eyes are shielded. Babies can lose extra fluid and become too warm or cold, so temperature, hydration and feeding are monitored; lotions can cause burns.
Antwoord
D · Cover the eyes, expose as much skin as possible and monitor temperature and hydration
22.Kinderverpleegkunde
Antwoord: D · A parent of a 5-month-old who has had no wet nappy for 12 hours and is very sleepy
Waarom dit het antwoord is
No urine for 12 hours and lethargy in an infant suggest significant dehydration and possible shock, which needs urgent assessment. The other calls involve mild or non-urgent problems.
Antwoord
D · A parent of a 5-month-old who has had no wet nappy for 12 hours and is very sleepy
23.Psychiatrische verpleegkunde
Antwoord: A · About 6–24 hours after the last drink
Waarom dit het antwoord is
Minor withdrawal symptoms begin within hours, usually 6–24 hours after the last drink. Seizures are most likely in the first 1–2 days, and delirium tremens usually appears later, around 2–3 days.
Antwoord
A · About 6–24 hours after the last drink
24.Psychiatrische verpleegkunde
Antwoord: A · "Smoking is only allowed in the garden, and that rule is the same for everyone."
Waarom dit het antwoord is
Patients with antisocial traits may use charm and flattery to manipulate staff. A calm, non-defensive restatement of the rule, applied consistently by all staff, avoids both being manipulated and starting a power struggle.
Antwoord
A · "Smoking is only allowed in the garden, and that rule is the same for everyone."
25.Verpleegkundig rekenen en eenhedenomrekeningen
Antwoord: T = 101,3 °F
38,5·9/5 = 69,3
Tel 32 op
T = 69,3 + 32 = 101,3 °F
Antwoord
T = 101,3 °F
26.Verpleegkundig rekenen en eenhedenomrekeningen
Antwoord: N = 1
Totaal volume
10 mL × 2 × 7 = 140 mL
Flessen
140/150 = 0,9333 → N = 1
Antwoord
N = 1
27.Dosisberekeningen
Antwoord: V = 10 mL
Solution strengths: a percentage strength is grams per 100 mL, so 1% = 1 g/100 mL = 10 mg/mL. A ratio strength 1:1000 means 1 g in 1000 mL = 1 mg/mL; 1:10 000 is 0,1 mg/mL. For a dilution the amount of drug stays the same: C₁·V₁ = C₂·V₂.
Concentratie
1:10 000 = 1 g/10000 mL = 0,1 mg/mL
Volume
V = 1/0,1 = 10 mL
Antwoord
V = 10 mL
Etiketten in de VS vermelden nu mg/mL (1 mg/mL = 1:1000; 0,1 mg/mL = 1:10 000). Geef adrenaline 1 mg/mL nooit als IV-bolus.
28.Dosisberekeningen
Antwoord: D = 75,62 mg
Body-surface-area dosing: many cytotoxic and some paediatric doses are prescribed per square metre of body surface area: dose (mg) = dose per m² × BSA (m²). The Mosteller formula estimates BSA = √(height (cm) × weight (kg)/3600).
Lichaamsoppervlak
BSA = √(133·43/3600) = √1,589 = 1,26 m²
Dosis
D = 60·1,26 = 75,62 mg
Antwoord
D = 75,62 mg
29.Infuussnelheden
Antwoord: R = 10 gtt/min
Tijd in minuten
4·60 = 240 min
Druppelsnelheid
R = 250·10/240 = 10,42 ≈ 10 gtt/min
Antwoord
R = 10 gtt/min
Concentratie
400/500 = 0,8 mg/mL
Dosissnelheid
D = 0,8·10 = 8 mg/h
Antwoord
D = 8 mg/h
31.Infuusvloeistoffen en vochtbalans
Antwoord: U = 2,3 mL/kg/h
Totale urine
275 + 350 + 275 = 900 mL
Per kilogram per uur
U = 900/(49·8) = 2,296 ≈ 2,3 mL/kg/h
Antwoord
U = 2,3 mL/kg/h
32.Infuusvloeistoffen en vochtbalans
Antwoord: t = 3,6 h
Resterend volume
500 − 50 = 450 mL
Tijd
t = 450/125 = 3,6 h
Antwoord
t = 3,6 h
