3Oplossingen
1.Basisverpleegkunde
Antwoord: C · Check the patient's wishes and the caller's identity first
Waarom dit het antwoord is
Information is shared only with people the patient has agreed to, and the caller's identity is checked as per policy. Often only limited information is given by phone.
Antwoord
C · Check the patient's wishes and the caller's identity first
2.Basisverpleegkunde
Antwoord: B · Assess capacity and, if it is lacking, act in their best interests
Waarom dit het antwoord is
A delirious patient may lack capacity for this decision. Staff can take reasonable, proportionate steps in their best interests, such as calm persuasion and close supervision, while seeking medical review.
Antwoord
B · Assess capacity and, if it is lacking, act in their best interests
3.Infectiepreventie en patiëntveiligheid
Antwoord: B · Use the oral syringe or dosing cup that comes with the medicine
Waarom dit het antwoord is
Household spoons vary widely in size and cause dosing errors. A marked oral syringe or dosing device in mL gives an accurate dose.
Antwoord
B · Use the oral syringe or dosing cup that comes with the medicine
4.Infectiepreventie en patiëntveiligheid
Antwoord: C · Bof – druppelisolatie
Antwoord
C · Bof – druppelisolatie
5.Prioriteren en delegeren
Antwoord: B · Speak calmly, keep a safe distance and invite him to talk about what is wrong
Waarom dit het antwoord is
Early verbal de-escalation, with a calm voice and a safe distance, is the first approach for rising agitation. Restraint is a last resort, and crowding the patient can make things worse.
Antwoord
B · Speak calmly, keep a safe distance and invite him to talk about what is wrong
6.Prioriteren en delegeren
Antwoord: B · Adrenal crisis from steroid withdrawal
Waarom dit het antwoord is
Patients on long-term steroids may not make enough cortisol to cope with surgical stress. Refractory hypotension suggests adrenal crisis, which needs urgent IV hydrocortisone as prescribed.
Antwoord
B · Adrenal crisis from steroid withdrawal
7.Klinische verpleegkunde
Antwoord: A · Stop the infusion straight away and follow the extravasation protocol
Waarom dit het antwoord is
Suspected extravasation of a vesicant needs the infusion stopped immediately. Local protocols then guide aspiration through the cannula, specific treatments, elevation, documentation and specialist review.
Antwoord
A · Stop the infusion straight away and follow the extravasation protocol
8.Klinische verpleegkunde
Antwoord: D · A person is not treated as lacking capacity just because they make an unwise decision
Waarom dit het antwoord is
One of the Act's principles is that making an unwise decision is not, on its own, evidence of incapacity. The team should check understanding, explore reasons and document the discussion.
Antwoord
D · A person is not treated as lacking capacity just because they make an unwise decision
9.Laboratoriumwaarden en elektrolyten
Antwoord: D · In the afternoon and evening
Waarom dit het antwoord is
A morning dose of prednisone raises glucose mainly in the afternoon and evening, with a smaller effect overnight. Glucose monitoring and insulin plans often target these times, and doses are adjusted when the steroid is tapered.
Antwoord
D · In the afternoon and evening
10.Laboratoriumwaarden en elektrolyten
Antwoord: C · Immune thrombocytopenia (ITP)
Waarom dit het antwoord is
ITP is immune destruction of platelets, often after a viral infection in children. It causes isolated thrombocytopenia with normal other counts and clotting tests. Leukemia usually affects other cell lines, DIC prolongs clotting times and hemophilia prolongs the aPTT.
Antwoord
C · Immune thrombocytopenia (ITP)
11.Farmacologie
Antwoord: A · Assess the patient for effects of the error
Waarom dit het antwoord is
The first priority is to assess and monitor the patient, then inform the prescriber so treatment can be given if needed. The error is documented factually and reported through the incident system.
Antwoord
A · Assess the patient for effects of the error
12.Farmacologie
Antwoord: A · High potassium, high phosphate, high uric acid and low calcium
Waarom dit het antwoord is
Rapid tumour cell death releases potassium, phosphate and nucleic acids (which become uric acid). Phosphate binds calcium, lowering it; prevention includes IV fluids and drugs that lower uric acid.
Antwoord
A · High potassium, high phosphate, high uric acid and low calcium
13.Medisch-chirurgisch: cardiovasculair en respiratoir
Antwoord: B · Keep the whole body warm, wear gloves and stop smoking
Waarom dit het antwoord is
Keeping the core and hands warm, wearing gloves and stopping smoking reduce attacks. Vasoconstrictors such as decongestants and nicotine make it worse. During an attack, gentle warming of the hands is advised.
Antwoord
B · Keep the whole body warm, wear gloves and stop smoking
14.Medisch-chirurgisch: cardiovasculair en respiratoir
Antwoord: C · A markedly reduced eGFR
Waarom dit het antwoord is
Contrast can worsen renal function, especially in patients with chronic kidney disease, diabetes or dehydration. Reduced eGFR may change the plan, such as IV hydration, less contrast and review of nephrotoxic drugs. Allergy history, anticoagulants and bleeding risk are also checked.
Antwoord
C · A markedly reduced eGFR
15.Medisch-chirurgisch: neurologie, endocrinologie en nieren
Antwoord: B · Kidney stones, bone pain, abdominal pain and low mood
Waarom dit het antwoord is
High PTH raises calcium, which can cause kidney stones, bone loss and pain, constipation and abdominal pain, and low mood or confusion ("stones, bones, groans and moans"). Many cases are found on routine blood tests.
Antwoord
B · Kidney stones, bone pain, abdominal pain and low mood
16.Medisch-chirurgisch: neurologie, endocrinologie en nieren
Antwoord: D · "I can stop the tablets once I feel back to normal."
Waarom dit het antwoord is
In Hashimoto's thyroiditis the gland is permanently damaged, so levothyroxine is usually lifelong. Feeling well shows that the dose is right, not that the disease is cured. Stopping causes symptoms to return.
Antwoord
D · "I can stop the tablets once I feel back to normal."
17.Medisch-chirurgisch: maag-darmstelsel, perioperatief en oncologie
Antwoord: A · High bilirubin with a markedly raised ALP and GGT
Waarom dit het antwoord is
Cholestasis raises alkaline phosphatase and gamma-GT, with conjugated bilirubin. Hepatocellular injury, such as hepatitis, mainly raises ALT and AST.
Antwoord
A · High bilirubin with a markedly raised ALP and GGT
Antwoord
19.Verloskundige verpleegkunde
Antwoord: D · Een volle blaas
Antwoord
D · Een volle blaas
20.Verloskundige verpleegkunde
Antwoord: D · It can progress to pyelonephritis and trigger preterm labour
Waarom dit het antwoord is
Urinary stasis in pregnancy lets bacteria ascend, so untreated bacteriuria often progresses to pyelonephritis, which is linked with preterm labour. A pregnancy-safe antibiotic and a repeat culture are standard.
Antwoord
D · It can progress to pyelonephritis and trigger preterm labour
21.Kinderverpleegkunde
Antwoord: B · 2 seconds or less
Waarom dit het antwoord is
A capillary refill time of 2 seconds or less is normal. A longer time suggests poor perfusion, as in dehydration or shock, though a cold environment can also prolong it.
Antwoord
B · 2 seconds or less
22.Kinderverpleegkunde
Antwoord: B · Orbital cellulitis, which needs urgent review and IV antibiotics
Waarom dit het antwoord is
Painful eye movements, reduced vision or proptosis with eyelid swelling suggest orbital cellulitis, which can spread to the brain. The child needs urgent assessment, imaging if indicated and IV antibiotics.
Antwoord
B · Orbital cellulitis, which needs urgent review and IV antibiotics
23.Psychiatrische verpleegkunde
24.Psychiatrische verpleegkunde
Antwoord: C · Risk of physical exhaustion and injury
Waarom dit het antwoord is
Severe mania can lead to dehydration, exhaustion, injury and even death if not managed. Physical safety, sleep, fluids and nutrition come before education or psychosocial issues.
Antwoord
C · Risk of physical exhaustion and injury
25.Verpleegkundig rekenen en eenhedenomrekeningen

Reken het uur om
6 PM → 6 + 12 = 18

26.Verpleegkundig rekenen en eenhedenomrekeningen
Antwoord: c = 1,48 mg/dL
Omrekenen
c = 131/88,4 = 1,482 ≈ 1,48 mg/dL
Antwoord
c = 1,48 mg/dL
27.Dosisberekeningen
Antwoord: V = 0,4 mL
Dose calculation: the amount to give equals what is prescribed divided by what you have, times the quantity it comes in: amount = (desired dose/stock strength) × stock volume. Always keep the units the same (convert g to mg, mg to mcg first) and check that the answer is sensible.
Concentratie na het mengen
2000 mg/8 mL = 250 mg/mL
Volume
V = 100/250 = 0,4 mL
Antwoord
V = 0,4 mL
28.Dosisberekeningen
Antwoord: R = 12,5 mL/h
Concentratie
20000/250 = 80 stuks/mL
Pompsnelheid
R = 1000/80 = 12,5 mL/h
Antwoord
R = 12,5 mL/h
29.Infuussnelheden
Antwoord: R = 165 mL/h
Infusion rates: a pump is set in mL/h = volume/time in hours. A gravity drip is counted in drops per minute: gtt/min = volume (mL) × drop factor (gtt/mL)/time (min). The drop factor is printed on the tubing package: macrodrip sets deliver 10, 15 or 20 gtt/mL (blood sets often 10 gtt/mL in the US, 15 in the UK) and microdrip sets 60 gtt/mL. Always use the drop factor the question or package gives.
Oorspronkelijke snelheid
1500/10 = 150 mL/h
Nieuwe snelheid
R = 990/6 = 165 mL/h
Antwoord
R = 165 mL/h
Veel ziekenhuizen staan zo’n aanpassing tot 25% toe zonder nieuw voorschrift; controleer het lokale protocol.
30.Infuussnelheden
Antwoord: D = 10 mg/h
Concentratie
1000/500 = 2 mg/mL
Dosissnelheid
D = 2·5 = 10 mg/h
Antwoord
D = 10 mg/h
31.Infuusvloeistoffen en vochtbalans
Antwoord: U = 1,83 mL/kg/h
Totale urine
475 + 375 + 500 = 1350 mL
Per kilogram per uur
U = 1350/(92·8) = 1,834 ≈ 1,83 mL/kg/h
Antwoord
U = 1,83 mL/kg/h
32.Infuusvloeistoffen en vochtbalans
Antwoord: V = 675 mL
Verstreken tijd
13:15 → 19:45 = 6,5 h
Toegediend volume
50·6,5 = 325 mL
Resterend volume
V = 1000 − 325 = 675 mL
Antwoord
V = 675 mL
33.Klinische beoordelingsscores
Antwoord: B = 13
