x = 34 gtt/min
Antwoord
x = 34 gtt/min
26.Verpleegkundig rekenen en eenhedenomrekeningen
Antwoord: V = 255 mL
Elk item in mL
2 tbsp = 2·15 = 30 mL
1½ fl oz = 1,5·30 = 45 mL
¾ kopje = 0,75·240 = 180 mL
Optellen
V = 30 + 45 + 180 = 255 mL
Antwoord
V = 255 mL
27.Dosisberekeningen
Antwoord: V = 7 mL
D = 10·35 = 350 mg
Volume
V = 350/50 = 7 mL
Antwoord
V = 7 mL
28.Dosisberekeningen
Antwoord: R = 25 mL/h
Concentratie
20000/250 = 80 stuks/mL
Pompsnelheid
R = 2000/80 = 25 mL/h
Antwoord
R = 25 mL/h
29.Infuussnelheden
Antwoord: R = 108,6 mL/h
Infusion rates: a pump is set in mL/h = volume/time in hours. A gravity drip is counted in drops per minute: gtt/min = volume (mL) × drop factor (gtt/mL)/time (min). The drop factor is printed on the tubing package: macrodrip sets deliver 10, 15 or 20 gtt/mL (blood sets often 10 gtt/mL in the US, 15 in the UK) and microdrip sets 60 gtt/mL. Always use the drop factor the question or package gives.
Oorspronkelijke snelheid
1000/12 = 83,33 mL/h
Nieuwe snelheid
R = 760/7 = 108,6 mL/h
Antwoord
R = 108,6 mL/h
Concentratie
250/250 = 1 mg/mL
Dosissnelheid
D = 1·25 = 25 mg/h
Antwoord
D = 25 mg/h
31.Infuusvloeistoffen en vochtbalans
Antwoord: I = 1040 mL
oraal: 100 + 240 + 200 = 540 mL
Infuus: 50·8 = 400 mL
intraveneus antibioticum: 1·100 = 100 mL
I = 1040 mL
Antwoord
I = 1040 mL
32.Infuusvloeistoffen en vochtbalans
Antwoord: t = 4,5 h
Resterend volume
1000 − 550 = 450 mL
Tijd
t = 450/100 = 4,5 h
Antwoord
t = 4,5 h
Optellen
GCS = 2 + 1 + 1 = 4
Ernst
GCS 4 → ernstig
Antwoord
ernstig
34.Klinische beoordelingsscores
Antwoord: laag-matig
Score elke parameter
RR 16/min → 0
SpO₂ 86% → 3
op kamerlucht → 0
SBP 102 mmHg → 1
HR 58/min → 0
alert (A) → 0
T 36,2 °C → 0
Totaal en rode scores
NEWS2 = 0 + 3 + 0 + 1 + 0 + 0 + 0 = 4
Ten minste één parameter scoort 3.
Risicogroep
laag-matig
Antwoord
laag-matig
