103,7 − 32 = 71,7
Vermenigvuldig met 5/9
T = 71,7·5/9 = 39,83 ≈ 39,8 °C
Antwoord
T = 39,8 °C
26.Verpleegkundig rekenen en eenhedenomrekeningen
Antwoord: t = 12,92 h
17:50 → 24:00 = 370 min
Na middernacht
00:00 → 06:45 = 405 min
Totaal
370 + 405 = 775 min
t = 775/60 = 12,92 h
Antwoord
t = 12,92 h
27.Dosisberekeningen
Antwoord: D = 150 mg
10·60 = 600 mg
Per gift
D = 600/4 = 150 mg
Antwoord
D = 150 mg
28.Dosisberekeningen
Antwoord: V = 0,89 mL
Volume
V = 890/1000 = 0,89 mL
Antwoord
V = 0,89 mL
29.Infuussnelheden
Antwoord: V = 400 mL
Infusion rates: a pump is set in mL/h = volume/time in hours. A gravity drip is counted in drops per minute: gtt/min = volume (mL) × drop factor (gtt/mL)/time (min). The drop factor is printed on the tubing package: macrodrip sets deliver 10, 15 or 20 gtt/mL (blood sets often 10 gtt/mL in the US, 15 in the UK) and microdrip sets 60 gtt/mL. Always use the drop factor the question or package gives.
Snelheid in mL/h
100·60/60 = 100 mL/h
Volume
V = 100·4 = 400 mL
Antwoord
V = 400 mL
30.Infuussnelheden
Antwoord: t = 11,3 h
Snelheid in mL/h
20·60/15 = 80 mL/h
Resterende tijd
t = 900/80 = 11,25 ≈ 11,3 h
Antwoord
t = 11,3 h
31.Infuusvloeistoffen en vochtbalans
Antwoord: U = 0,55 mL/kg/h
Totale urine
350 + 225 = 575 mL
Per kilogram per uur
U = 575/(87·12) = 0,5508 ≈ 0,55 mL/kg/h
Antwoord
U = 0,55 mL/kg/h
32.Infuusvloeistoffen en vochtbalans
Antwoord: V = 880 mL
Verstreken tijd
10:45 → 12:15 = 1,5 h
Toegediend volume
80·1,5 = 120 mL
Resterend volume
V = 1000 − 120 = 880 mL
Antwoord
V = 880 mL
33.Klinische beoordelingsscores
Antwoord: B = 17
Score elke subschaal
sensorische waarneming: licht beperkt → 3
vochtigheid: af en toe vochtig → 3
activiteit: loopt af en toe → 3
mobiliteit: zeer beperkt → 2
voeding: voldoende → 3
wrijving en schuifkrachten: geen zichtbaar probleem → 3
Optellen
Totaal Braden = 3 + 3 + 3 + 2 + 3 + 3 = 17
Antwoord
B = 17
34.Klinische beoordelingsscores
