49.5113 → 5
Alleen het volgende cijfer beslist
49,5113 → 1
1 is 4 of minder, dus 5 blijft staan.
x = 49,5 kg
Antwoord
x = 49,5 kg
26.Verpleegkundig rekenen en eenhedenomrekeningen
Antwoord: t = 10,92 h
19:25 → 24:00 = 275 min
Na middernacht
00:00 → 06:20 = 380 min
Totaal
275 + 380 = 655 min
t = 655/60 = 10,92 h
Antwoord
t = 10,92 h
27.Dosisberekeningen
Antwoord: D = 37,5 mg
7,5·15 = 112,5 mg
Per gift
D = 112,5/3 = 37,5 mg
Antwoord
D = 37,5 mg
28.Dosisberekeningen
Antwoord: V = 9,9 mL
Dose calculation: the amount to give equals what is prescribed divided by what you have, times the quantity it comes in: amount = (desired dose/stock strength) × stock volume. Always keep the units the same (convert g to mg, mg to mcg first) and check that the answer is sensible.
Gewicht in kg
72,6/2,2 = 33 kg
Dosis
15·33 = 495 mg
Volume
V = (495/50)·1 = 9,9 mL
Antwoord
V = 9,9 mL
29.Infuussnelheden
Antwoord: R = 82 mL/h
Infusion rates: a pump is set in mL/h = volume/time in hours. A gravity drip is counted in drops per minute: gtt/min = volume (mL) × drop factor (gtt/mL)/time (min). The drop factor is printed on the tubing package: macrodrip sets deliver 10, 15 or 20 gtt/mL (blood sets often 10 gtt/mL in the US, 15 in the UK) and microdrip sets 60 gtt/mL. Always use the drop factor the question or package gives.
Oorspronkelijke snelheid
500/8 = 62,5 mL/h
Nieuwe snelheid
R = 410/5 = 82 mL/h
Antwoord
R = 82 mL/h
30.Infuussnelheden
Antwoord: R = 22,5 mL/h
Dose-based infusions: concentration = amount of drug in the bag/bag volume. Pump rate (mL/h) = dose per hour/concentration, and dose per hour = mL/h × concentration. Convert per-minute doses to per-hour (× 60) and keep the mass units the same (1 g = 1000 mg, 1 mg = 1000 mcg).
Concentratie
4000 mg/1000 mL = 4 mg/mL
Dosis per uur
1,5·60 = 90 mg/h
Pompsnelheid
R = 90/4 = 22,5 mL/h
Antwoord
R = 22,5 mL/h
31.Infuusvloeistoffen en vochtbalans
Antwoord: I = 1310 mL
oraal: 100 + 200 = 300 mL
Infuus: 80·12 = 960 mL
intraveneus antibioticum: 1·50 = 50 mL
I = 1310 mL
Antwoord
I = 1310 mL
32.Infuusvloeistoffen en vochtbalans
Antwoord: t = 16 h
Eerste deel
100·4 = 400 mL
1000 − 400 = 600 mL over
Tweede deel
600/50 = 12 h
Totale tijd
t = 4 + 12 = 16 h
Antwoord
t = 16 h
Dat is ongeveer 16 h 00 min, dus de zak is rond 05:00 leeg.
33.Klinische beoordelingsscores
Antwoord: MFS = 75
