Antwoord: C · Bacteria that convert nitrate are present
Waarom dit het antwoord is
Many urinary pathogens convert dietary nitrate to nitrite, so a positive nitrite test supports a bacterial UTI. A negative result does not rule infection out. Leucocytes on the dipstick show white cells.
Antwoord
C · Bacteria that convert nitrate are present
16.Medisch-chirurgisch: neurologie, endocrinologie en nieren
Antwoord: D · Repositioning the patient every two hours as set out in the care plan

25.Verpleegkundig rekenen en eenhedenomrekeningen
Antwoord: m = 4,35 kg
9 oz/16 = 0,5625 lb
9 + 0,5625 = 9,563 lb
Pond naar kilogram
m = 9,563/2,2 = 4,347 ≈ 4,35 kg
Antwoord
m = 4,35 kg
26.Verpleegkundig rekenen en eenhedenomrekeningen
Antwoord: D = 83,3 mcg/min
D = 5 mg/h × (1000 mcg/1 mg) × (1 h/60 min)
Bereken
D = 5000/60 = 83,33 ≈ 83,3 mcg/min
Antwoord
D = 83,3 mcg/min
27.Dosisberekeningen
Antwoord: V = 0,3 mL
Solution strengths: a percentage strength is grams per 100 mL, so 1% = 1 g/100 mL = 10 mg/mL. A ratio strength 1:1000 means 1 g in 1000 mL = 1 mg/mL; 1:10 000 is 0,1 mg/mL. For a dilution the amount of drug stays the same: C₁·V₁ = C₂·V₂.
Concentratie
1:1000 = 1 g/1000 mL = 1 mg/mL
Volume
V = 0,3/1 = 0,3 mL
Antwoord
V = 0,3 mL
Etiketten in de VS vermelden nu mg/mL (1 mg/mL = 1:1000; 0,1 mg/mL = 1:10 000). Geef adrenaline 1 mg/mL nooit als IV-bolus.
28.Dosisberekeningen
Antwoord: D = 227 mg
Body-surface-area dosing: many cytotoxic and some paediatric doses are prescribed per square metre of body surface area: dose (mg) = dose per m² × BSA (m²). The Mosteller formula estimates BSA = √(height (cm) × weight (kg)/3600).
Lichaamsoppervlak
BSA = √(106·28/3600) = √0,8244 = 0,908 m²
Dosis
D = 250·0,908 = 227 mg
Antwoord
D = 227 mg
29.Infuussnelheden
Antwoord: R = 120 gtt/min
Infusion rates: a pump is set in mL/h = volume/time in hours. A gravity drip is counted in drops per minute: gtt/min = volume (mL) × drop factor (gtt/mL)/time (min). The drop factor is printed on the tubing package: macrodrip sets deliver 10, 15 or 20 gtt/mL (blood sets often 10 gtt/mL in the US, 15 in the UK) and microdrip sets 60 gtt/mL. Always use the drop factor the question or package gives.
Milliliter per minuut
120/60 = 2 mL/min
Druppelsnelheid
R = 2·60 = 120 gtt/min
Antwoord
R = 120 gtt/min
Snelheid in mL/h
50·60/20 = 150 mL/h
Resterende tijd
t = 300/150 = 2 h
Antwoord
t = 2 h
31.Infuusvloeistoffen en vochtbalans
Antwoord: U = 1,32 mL/kg/h
Totale urine
500 + 150 + 350 = 1000 mL
Per kilogram per uur
U = 1000/(95·8) = 1,316 ≈ 1,32 mL/kg/h
Antwoord
U = 1,32 mL/kg/h
32.Infuusvloeistoffen en vochtbalans
Antwoord: t = 18,8 h
Eerste deel
80·2 = 160 mL
1000 − 160 = 840 mL over
Tweede deel
840/50 = 16,8 h
Totale tijd
t = 2 + 16,8 = 18,8 h
Antwoord
t = 18,8 h
Dat is ongeveer 18 h 48 min, dus de zak is rond 10:18 leeg.
