Antwoord
D · The blood-to-anticoagulant ratio must be right for accurate clotting times
10.Laboratoriumwaarden en elektrolyten
Antwoord: D · Keep the IV open with normal saline using new tubing and call the provider
Waarom dit het antwoord is
These signs suggest an acute hemolytic reaction. The transfusion is stopped, the line is kept open with normal saline through new tubing, the provider and blood bank are informed, and the bag, tubing and blood and urine samples are sent for testing as per policy.Gecontroleerd met:Hemolytic transfusion reaction · MedlinePlus (NIH) (2025)
Antwoord
D · Keep the IV open with normal saline using new tubing and call the provider
11.Farmacologie
Antwoord: C · It blocks beta-2 receptors in the airways and can cause bronchospasm
Waarom dit het antwoord is
Non-selective beta blockers block both beta-1 and beta-2 receptors. Blocking beta-2 receptors in the bronchi removes their relaxing effect and can trigger severe bronchospasm.
Antwoord
C · It blocks beta-2 receptors in the airways and can cause bronchospasm
12.Farmacologie
Antwoord: B · Fluid restriction
Waarom dit het antwoord is
In SIADH, excess ADH makes the kidneys retain water. Restricting fluid intake raises sodium gradually; hypertonic saline is kept for severe symptomatic cases, and hypotonic fluids and desmopressin would worsen it.
Antwoord
B · Fluid restriction
13.Medisch-chirurgisch: cardiovasculair en respiratoir
Antwoord: D · Intravenous magnesium sulfate
Waarom dit het antwoord is

Antwoord
C · Muscle weakness, cramps and palpitations
Antwoord: D · They may keep toxin in the bowel and risk toxic megacolon
Waarom dit het antwoord is

21 − 12 = 9 → PM
Antwoord
9:20 PM
Antwoord
9:20 PM
26.Verpleegkundig rekenen en eenhedenomrekeningen
Antwoord: t = 610 min
22:40 → 24:00 = 80 min
Na middernacht
00:00 → 08:50 = 530 min
Totaal
t = 80 + 530 = 610 min
Antwoord
t = 610 min
27.Dosisberekeningen
Antwoord: V = 0,5 mL
Solution strengths: a percentage strength is grams per 100 mL, so 1% = 1 g/100 mL = 10 mg/mL. A ratio strength 1:1000 means 1 g in 1000 mL = 1 mg/mL; 1:10 000 is 0,1 mg/mL. For a dilution the amount of drug stays the same: C₁·V₁ = C₂·V₂.
Concentratie
1:1000 = 1 g/1000 mL = 1 mg/mL
Volume
V = 0,5/1 = 0,5 mL
Antwoord
V = 0,5 mL
Etiketten in de VS vermelden nu mg/mL (1 mg/mL = 1:1000; 0,1 mg/mL = 1:10 000). Geef adrenaline 1 mg/mL nooit als IV-bolus.
28.Dosisberekeningen
Antwoord: V = 8 mL
10·20 = 200 mg
Volume
V = (200/125)·5 = 8 mL
Antwoord
V = 8 mL
29.Infuussnelheden
Antwoord: R = 95 mL/h
Infusion rates: a pump is set in mL/h = volume/time in hours. A gravity drip is counted in drops per minute: gtt/min = volume (mL) × drop factor (gtt/mL)/time (min). The drop factor is printed on the tubing package: macrodrip sets deliver 10, 15 or 20 gtt/mL (blood sets often 10 gtt/mL in the US, 15 in the UK) and microdrip sets 60 gtt/mL. Always use the drop factor the question or package gives.
Oorspronkelijke snelheid
500/6 = 83,33 mL/h
Nieuwe snelheid
R = 380/4 = 95 mL/h
Antwoord
R = 95 mL/h
Veel ziekenhuizen staan zo’n aanpassing tot 25% toe zonder nieuw voorschrift; controleer het lokale protocol.
30.Infuussnelheden
Antwoord: R = 22,5 mL/h
Dose-based infusions: concentration = amount of drug in the bag/bag volume. Pump rate (mL/h) = dose per hour/concentration, and dose per hour = mL/h × concentration. Convert per-minute doses to per-hour (× 60) and keep the mass units the same (1 g = 1000 mg, 1 mg = 1000 mcg).
Concentratie
2000 mg/500 mL = 4 mg/mL
Dosis per uur
1,5·60 = 90 mg/h
Pompsnelheid
R = 90/4 = 22,5 mL/h
Antwoord
R = 22,5 mL/h
31.Infuusvloeistoffen en vochtbalans
Antwoord: B = −450 mL
Totale intake
oraal: 100 + 120 + 150 = 370 mL
ijsschilfers: 120/2 = 60 mL
Infuus: 75·12 = 900 mL
intraveneus antibioticum: 2·100 = 200 mL
totale intake = 1530 mL
Totale output
400 + 400 + 400 + 500 + 80 + 200 = 1980 mL
Balans
B = 1530 − 1980 = −450 mL
Antwoord
B = −450 mL
Resterend volume
500 − 100 = 400 mL
Tijd
t = 400/100 = 4 h
Antwoord
t = 4 h
