  1. Bắt đầu với các biện pháp phòng ngừa chuẩn cho mọi bệnh nhân: vệ sinh tay, phương tiện bảo hộ cá nhân (PPE) cho phơi nhiễm dự kiến, xử lý vật sắc nhọn an toàn.

Đáp số: C · High glucose impairs white cell function and raises the risk of surgical site infection

Vì sao đây là đáp án

Hyperglycemia weakens neutrophil function and slows healing, so it increases the risk of surgical site infection. Keeping glucose in the target range is part of infection prevention for surgical patients.

Đáp số

C · High glucose impairs white cell function and raises the risk of surgical site infection
2.Kiểm soát nhiễm khuẩn và an toàn người bệnh

Đáp số: A · Report the concern following child-protection (safeguarding) procedures

Vì sao đây là đáp án

Injuries that do not match the history must be reported, and proof is not needed. In the US, nurses are legally mandated reporters; in the UK and many other countries, safeguarding procedures require the concern to be referred to the designated lead or children’s social care. Vì sao đây là đáp án

Early hypoxia causes restlessness, anxiety, tachycardia and tachypnoea as the body compensates. Cyanosis appears late, when a lot of haemoglobin is already deoxygenated, so nurses should not wait for it.

Đáp số

B · Cyanosis

D · Salmonella Typhi
6.Vi sinh vật học

Đáp số: A · E. coli sản xuất độc tố Shiga như O157:H7
