When should a nurse call the rapid response team?
- AOnly after a patient has had a cardiac or respiratory arrest on the ward
- BOnly when the patient’s family makes a complaint
- CWhen a patient shows an acute decline, such as new confusion or a sharp change in vital signs
- DOnly when the provider has written an order for a rapid response call in the chart
2.Kiểm soát nhiễm khuẩn và an toàn người bệnhKhó
A woman in late pregnancy is choking and cannot speak or cough. Which technique should the rescuer use?
- AAbdominal thrusts
- BChest thrusts
- CBack blows only
- DBlind finger sweeps
3.Điều dưỡng cơ bảnTrung bình
Using the AVPU scale, a patient who opens their eyes and groans only when the nurse squeezes their shoulder is scored as:
- AV
- BP
- CU
- DA
4.Điều dưỡng cơ bảnKhó
Why can a patient with a high fever be in negative fluid balance even when measured intake equals measured output?
- AFever makes the kidneys produce extra urine that cannot be measured
- BFever causes the body to make extra water from fat
- CFever has no effect on the body's water balance
- DFever increases unmeasured fluid loss through sweating and breathing
5.Vi sinh vật họcTrung bình
Sinh vật nào gây bệnh thương hàn?
- ACampylobacter jejuni
- BVibrio cholerae
- CSalmonella Typhi
- DShigella dysenteriae

Đáp số: C · When a patient shows an acute decline, such as new confusion or a sharp change in vital signs
Vì sao đây là đáp án
Rapid response teams bring critical care skills to a patient who is getting worse, with the aim of preventing cardiac arrest or ICU transfer. Any nurse who is worried about an acute change can call them.
C · When a patient shows an acute decline, such as new confusion or a sharp change in vital signs
2.Kiểm soát nhiễm khuẩn và an toàn người bệnh
Đáp số: B · Chest thrusts
Vì sao đây là đáp án
For people in late pregnancy or who are very obese, chest thrusts replace abdominal thrusts because the rescuer cannot get around the abdomen effectively. Blind finger sweeps can push the object deeper.
3.Điều dưỡng cơ bản
Đáp số: B · P
Vì sao đây là đáp án
AVPU stands for Alert, responds to Voice, responds to Pain, Unresponsive. A response only to a painful stimulus is "P", a serious sign that needs urgent review.
4.Điều dưỡng cơ bản
Đáp số: D · Fever increases unmeasured fluid loss through sweating and breathing
Vì sao đây là đáp án
Insensible losses through the skin and lungs are not measured and rise with fever and fast breathing. A balanced chart can therefore hide a real fluid deficit.
D · Fever increases unmeasured fluid loss through sweating and breathing
C · Plasmodium falciparum
