1Công thức và phương pháp

Ưu tiên và ủy thác công việc

Phương pháp

  2. Áp dụng ABC (C-A-B khi ngừng tim), rồi Maslow: nhu cầu sinh lý trước an toàn, an toàn trước nhu cầu tâm lý.

  1. Bắt đầu với các biện pháp phòng ngừa chuẩn cho mọi bệnh nhân: vệ sinh tay, phương tiện bảo hộ cá nhân (PPE) cho phơi nhiễm dự kiến, xử lý vật sắc nhọn an toàn.

Đáp số: C · Meet both of them privately to hear each side

Vì sao đây là đáp án

Talking with both staff members privately allows the charge nurse to understand the problem and look for a fair solution. Ignoring the conflict or acting without facts usually makes it worse.

Đáp số

C · Meet both of them privately to hear each side
2.Ưu tiên và ủy thác công việc

Đáp số: A · Serotonin syndrome

Vì sao đây là đáp án

SSRIs and tramadol both raise serotonin. Agitation, fever, clonus and hyperreflexia that start quickly suggest serotonin syndrome; neuroleptic malignant syndrome follows antipsychotics and causes rigid muscles with slow reflexes.

Đáp số

A · Serotonin syndrome

Đáp số: D · A patient on chemotherapy with a new temperature of 38,4 °C (101,1 °F)

An undetectable viral load shows that antiretroviral therapy is suppressing viral replication. The virus remains in the body, so treatment must continue. People with a sustained undetectable viral load do not transmit HIV sexually.

Đáp số

C · The treatment is suppressing the virus very well
6.Giá trị xét nghiệm và điện giải

Đáp số: A · The supplements are reducing levothyroxine absorption

Vì sao đây là đáp án

Calcium, iron and antacids bind levothyroxine in the gut and reduce absorption, so the TSH rises. Levothyroxine is taken on an empty stomach, usually 30–60 minutes before breakfast, separated from these supplements by about 4 hours.

Đáp số

A · The supplements are reducing levothyroxine absorption

Đáp số

A · To reduce insulin resistance and improve recovery
14.Nội–ngoại khoa: tiêu hóa, quanh phẫu thuật và ung thư

Đáp số: B · Late dumping with low blood glucose; check capillary glucose

Vì sao đây là đáp án

In late dumping, rapid sugar absorption triggers a large insulin release, followed by reactive hypoglycaemia 1–3 hours after eating. The nurse checks glucose and treats hypoglycaemia; dietary changes help prevent it.

Đáp số

B · Late dumping with low blood glucose; check capillary glucose
