1Công thức và phương pháp

Ưu tiên và ủy thác công việc

Phương pháp

  2. Áp dụng ABC (C-A-B khi ngừng tim), rồi Maslow: nhu cầu sinh lý trước an toàn, an toàn trước nhu cầu tâm lý.

  1. Bắt đầu với các biện pháp phòng ngừa chuẩn cho mọi bệnh nhân: vệ sinh tay, phương tiện bảo hộ cá nhân (PPE) cho phơi nhiễm dự kiến, xử lý vật sắc nhọn an toàn.

A · The surface stays wet for the contact time on the product label
4.Kiểm soát nhiễm khuẩn và an toàn người bệnh

Đáp số: C · 1,400/mm3

Vì sao đây là đáp án

ANC = 4,000 × (0,30 + 0,05) = 1,400/mm3. This is below normal (neutropenia), so the patient has a raised risk of infection.

Đáp số

C · 1,400/mm3
5.Giá trị xét nghiệm và điện giải

Đáp số: D · A fall in serum potassium

Vì sao đây là đáp án

Beta-2 agonists push potassium into cells and can cause hypokalemia, especially at high doses; they also raise blood glucose. For this reason nebulized albuterol is sometimes used as an extra treatment for hyperkalemia.

Đáp số

D · A fall in serum potassium
6.Giá trị xét nghiệm và điện giải

Đáp số: D · Euglycemic diabetic ketoacidosis

Vì sao đây là đáp án

SGLT2 inhibitors can cause DKA with only mildly raised glucose because glucose is lost in the urine. Ketones and acidosis must be checked in any unwell patient on these drugs, even with a near-normal glucose.Đã đối chiếu với: Ketones blood test · MedlinePlus (NIH) (2025)

Đáp số

D · Euglycemic diabetic ketoacidosis
7.Điều dưỡng lâm sàng

9.Nội–ngoại khoa: tim mạch và hô hấp

Đáp số: A · To make both ventricles contract together and more efficiently

Vì sao đây là đáp án

In heart failure with a wide QRS (often left bundle branch block), the ventricles contract out of step. Pacing both ventricles restores coordinated contraction, improving symptoms and survival. Many devices also include a defibrillator.

Đáp số

A · To make both ventricles contract together and more efficiently
10.Nội–ngoại khoa: tim mạch và hô hấp

Đáp số: A · A low-dose opioid with a hand-held fan and calm positioning

Vì sao đây là đáp án

Low-dose oral opioids can ease refractory breathlessness in advanced disease. A fan blowing air across the face, upright positioning, breathing techniques and anxiety management also help. Oxygen is used only if it relieves symptoms or corrects hypoxaemia.

Đáp số

A · A low-dose opioid with a hand-held fan and calm positioning
11.Nội–ngoại khoa: thần kinh, nội tiết và thận

Đáp số: A · Worse on waking and on coughing, with vomiting
